  Polite considerate staff . Let us know there was a slight delay on picking up the car and offered drop off later Text/emails keeping us informed of contract and any problems we might incur Rang after dropping car asking for any comments / concerns Deposit returned very quickly Overall excellent

  This place used to have a great manager there who was always really helpful and worked with the customer to support their needs. Now it’s a different woman who’s completely unhelpful and rude. Won’t be using Andover enterprise anymore

  For the longest time I have valued enterprise because of the service they have always provided for me. Salisbury enterprise has been so superb but today I was handled by Andover branch I have never been treated so cruelly. After taking a taxi from Salisbury to reach the 6 pm reservation they gave me there were road works and I got delayed . Before the clock struck 6 I rang them to tell them I was delayed and no one picked up after spending £70 to get there I get there to locked doors but an open garage . There is clearly someone still in there but they ignored me knocking the whole time . So I wait there because now I’m stranded and as I stressed out trying to figure what to do 20 mins later two employees walk back to the premises and open the door , I tell them my dilemma and the respond to say let me find out if we can help- to my surprise there is someone in there who completely ignored my knocking a tall Caucasian man bald in a grey T-shirt and jeans . Looks up disgusted by me and says we close at 6 and I explain my situation and that my reservation says 6 pm I was just a lil late and his response well you should have been here at 6. No remorse not polite very rude and looks at me like I’m something off the street . I would like to say I have been served by Andover before and I have picked up a car from here after 6 pm before . You know yourself !! You are a very horrible person and very unkind. You messed up my day. If you are the manager you certainly do not deserve that job.

  I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at the Andover branch of Enterprise Car Hire. When I returned my hire car, it was inspected and confirmed to be in perfect condition—which it absolutely was. So you can imagine my shock when, around a month later, I received an email invoice claiming I owed £0 for two “sliced” tyres. First of all, “sliced” implies deliberate damage, which is completely unreasonable and not something I had anything to do with. What’s worse is that despite the invoice stating £0, nearly £250 was taken from my bank account without any prior notification or explanation. This is completely unacceptable. I’ve spoken to the branch manager multiple times over the past three months, and while I’ve repeatedly been told the issue would be resolved and that I’d be refunded, nothing has actually happened. I’ve received no updates unless I’ve chased them myself—and even getting through by phone is a challenge, as calls often go unanswered. I’ve also sent several emails, many of which have gone ignored. Three months later, I’m still waiting for my money to be returned, and I’m no closer to a resolution. The lack of communication, accountability, and urgency in dealing with what is clearly an error has been incredibly frustrating. I would strongly advise others to be cautious and to thoroughly document everything when dealing with this branch. My experience has been stressful, time-consuming, and entirely avoidable had it been handled properly from the start.
