When asked to remove them before taking the vehicle later learnt this had not been done and charged to my credit card in full. When complained to manager to investigate with the representative they simply closed ranks. I will never use Enterprise again after 5 years of loyalty feel completely let down and conned !

The seats were grubby and the rear additional seating still had leftover food from a previous hire. A basic clean should be the absolute minimum standard for any hire company. What made this particularly upsetting was that the car was hired for our son’s wedding day. For such a special occasion, presentation matters, and the condition of the vehicle simply didn’t reflect the price we paid. I sincerely hope Enterprise takes this feedback on board and raises their standards. Others booking for important events deserve far better than this.
