  Had a great experience renting a car from Enterprise Winchester. The whole process was smooth and stress-free from start to finish. A special thank you to Verity, who was absolutely amazing - she helped us every step of the way, got us the best deal, and made everything so easy. The car was fantastic, and we'll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

  When I came to collect the car I was asked if I needed the assistant to run through the controls, I said that I did as I hadn't driven a petrol car in over five years. I was immediately offered an EV instead for the same price. Great service. The only comment I can make is that I would have liked it to have been charged up more, as I wasn't going far, so I thought I'd just charge it before returning it, but I had to charge it on my outward journey, which meant guessing how much to charge it, so I ended up charging it more than necessary, costing me more.

  Poor service. I paid and booked a premium SUV - given a faulty car of a lower car class over 1.5 hours later than the booking time. Delayed, poor service. To compound matters, returned car and handed over - then issued an £85 parking fine three weeks later, for parking it in their bay. I handed them the keys. No refund on being given a lesser car and no recourse on the parking fine, endless internal red tape, no proper customer service. Will avoid like the plague.

  I would not recommend using this branch of Enterprise. On the morning of my rental being due, I was advised that no vehicle would be ready at my booked time and that I would be delayed in my onward travel by up to 3hrs. I called the branch on multiple occasions over the morning with no success of being able to speak to someone and the phone continually ringing without answer. I managed to gain contact to the branch via the online webchat and eventually had access to a vehicle ~1.5hrs after my booked time. The vehicle itself was fine and the rental of it also however on returning the vehicle with the same full amount as taken (just over 3/4's of a tank), I have been charged a refuelling charge of £25. I have tried to query this by phone on multiple occasions without success and despite making contact via webchat, there has been no resolution to this fee which has been incorrectly charged.
