- TRTahlia Reid1 day ago1.0Booked a car through Sixt Southampton. Got there and they stated that the vehicle was no longer available and there was no other vehicles they could offer unless we paid another 150 pound a day. Seems like a scam, very disappointed with the lady at customer service as well. Super rude and unhelpful. We were left stranded at the airport with kids despite pre booking.
- RLRose Lorenc3 days ago1.0Probably the worst customer experience I have ever experienced. Don't answer emails, customer service on WhatsApp and the phone just tell you to email. Will never use them again. Would be funny if they reply to this after ignoring my emails for over a month.
- DPDaniel Pemberton5 days ago1.0Two issues. Deposit hold is still pending 28 days after the car was returned and invoice settled. Contacted Sixt, they could help as it was in Croatia, gave me details of Croatian Cusomter service and they are unresponsive. Also I paid for the fuel service which means you can return is half full. They suggest it’s part of the price and as they said ‘it’s included the rental price’ - when they settle they add in the £90 charge. Also there with email tell you to bring the car back full!!! Luckily I remember and logged into my account. I’m only reviewing here to try and get someone to return the hold on my credit card.

Called customer service who doesn't really care about solving the problem, just sending me to contact bank. Contact bank just to hear that they're waiting for merchant to release money...back and forth now for a over a month from getting an invoice. If it would be other way round sixt would swamp me with phone calls and letters...
