  We reserved the largest available van (9 pax) over a month prior to pickup and when we arrived to pick up the van it was suddenly no longer available. We had to cram into a 7 pax van instead. We were told we would be refunded the difference but have received no refund. When I checked the van back in (in Holyhead) I was told a representative would reach out via email to me within 48 hours about the refund and to make sure we were satisfied with the rental. I haven’t heard from anyone via email or phone and still haven’t received any refund. They were certainly prompt to charge us the extra for the vehicle insurance/coverage though. Overall, this experience with Enterprise has been very frustrating and leaving me feeling fleeced and taken advantage of.

  Easy communication and organisation of car at very short notice, and the availability of a local drop off location was a great benefit.
