  After long and early travels to Southampton, Alamo gave us a car that literally had 0 miles to go. We didn’t realize until we hit the highway and the panic that ensued was horrendous. We ran out of gas pulling into a petroleum station. It completely ruined the start to our trip. When we returned the car no one seemed to care. Now we’ve responded to the location service folk and it doesn’t seem like there’s much anyone will do to remedy the situation. This whole experience has been a nightmare. Alamo has lost my business for life. Thanks.

  The manager Charlie went above and beyond for me when by door in my car wouldn't close properly. I had brought it back and swapped with another better car, given some fuel credit in that car and also when I returned the car they gave additional credit back to my account for the troubles it gave me. Thanks for making things right Charlie!

  Absolutely excellent service. Lexi (I think that was her name) was awesome. She was passionate about taking good care of us and giving us the best car hire experience and we left with a very good feeling. The car was perfect. Thank you!

  Possibly the worst customer experience of my life. Woman at Southampton drop off told us the car was in “perfect” condition then 3 minutes after we left approved a $3,000 deduction from our credit card! We have questioned the ethics of the staff and the company but to date still haven’t received a satisfactory response.
