  Had a really good experience with the team at enterprise Gosport. I need my booking amending last minute due to a last minute change in my house moving date. The staff were really helpful and understanding with this and manged to change the booking which made a really stressful time that little bit less stressful! So thank you for the team for that. Once I collected the vehicle the staff explained everything about what the company class as damage and took the time to walk around the vehicle with me to identify any previous damage ( there wasn't any the can was in great condition). Once I returned the vehicle the the staff welcomed me back asked how it was and asked if I had managed to get everything i wanted done. They then walked me around the vehicle to check the condition and returned my deposit. Overall a great experience thank you team Gosport!

  Excellent service and absolutely amazing customer care. Every second we spent in our Gosport branch was a pleasure. Everything went smooth with our insurance covered rental and we were given a like-for-like, immaculate and modern Mercedes. While waiting for things to be processed we were offered drinks and we had an amazing time with the staff who made us feel like we were old friends visiting for a cuppa. All in all, very professional yet friendly, very efficient and knowledgeable. If we'll ever need another rental they will be the first ones to know about it. Thank you for everything!

  After dealing with the stress of an accident, Enterprise was efficient and quick to contact me and get me back on the road. Lauren, who I spoke to on the phone and handed me the keys for my hire car was wonderful to talk to. She was kind, friendly and well informed and told me everything I could possibly need to know about the duration of my hire. Thank you to Lauren and the team at Enterprise Gosport for making the process so easy and casual. You guys made a stressful time a little easier.

  I hired a van to help my daughter with her move to university in Exeter, and I couldn’t have been happier with the service I received from Enterprise Gosport. Lauren provided excellent customer service and made the whole hire process incredibly smooth and stress-free. She was always polite, friendly and professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. I would definitely recommend the Enterprise Gosport branch to anyone looking for reliable and friendly vehicle hire. I’ll certainly be using them again in the future.
