  I booked, the car, extra insurance & paid on my Revolut card on your website. I flew into Bournemouth and was leaving from Newquay, was delighted to find a one way car hire company from Faraham - Newquay airport. I had flown in the day before and walked from the town centre to pickup the car, about a mile. When I arrived I was told I needed a credit card to take the car. I was told this was on the website - I did not not see it, and after all you took the deposit on my debit card. I was also told that the office had called me the day before - but I was flying and often I would not take a call from an unknown number, you should have emailed any new requirements. This nearly ruined our holiday! We were 1 more night in Fareham then 5 nights, at 3 locations in Cornwall. I had no plan B, what was I supposed to do, turn around and just walk back to Fareham, holiday over? To the credit of the branch team, they called head office, and along with a copy of my passport, paying the £200 excess (on my debit card!!), & my flight details, someone in "risk" agreed I was good to go. This was a very traumatic experience and nearly the end of all our plans. Can I suggest, you don't accept a card type on the website, if I then need a different card type at checkin. That would have prevented the booking and I would have made other arrangements. Don't tell me it's on your website - I am sure it is, somewhere! Same with the check in on the car, 5 or 6 signatures, nobody has any idea of what they are signing. You should make your agreements on one side of A4, in plain text, with 1 signature - the rest is for the lawyers & totally unrealistic for clients to read it all. The first hire company that does that will win big! The car was great and the rest of the service was great. I hope the Ai passes this message onto a human, someone what will make a real difference. I would like to hire again in the future, if you can assure me that my debit card is sufficient. it's cleared money after all. Thanks for your time, I sincerely hope this helps you improve

  Rhiannon and her team are absolute stars. I needed a rental last minute for a family emergency and Rhiannon had sorted me with a lovely Ford car in less than an hour. The most positive experience I’ve had with enterprise and I will definitely be renting from them again!

  Rented a brand new van from them for a weekend. Great service, even during the booking process. Lovely service at the store and very open/honest on policies. Simple return process too
