    Such a smooth experience met by wonderful staff at 8am, although I was tired & bleary eyed your staff were wonderful, enthusiastic and full of beans. With other rentals I’ve just been handed the keys and left to get on with it but the lovely lady I dealt with walked through everything with me and made sure I was happy with everything before leaving. I’m sorry I didn’t get anyones names but please thank the staff who dealt with the rental of the Mercedes Sprinter KT75 ZKZ 18/06. Will definitely rent again!

    I ordered van from that rental company, but I never received them. The manager responsible for the place has been very unhelpful.

    Rented a van on the 29th April 2026 on the website, paid £198.99 and was called half an hour later stating they did not have any vans. its now 18th May 2026 and I am still waiting for my refund, tried to call in and no answer. Edit - I contacted the chat as suggested and it was all sorted in minutes.

During our interaction, I did not feel that my concerns were handled professionally or with the attention they deserved. The support provided was unsatisfactory, and the overall experience left me frustrated. I hope this feedback will be considered seriously so that improvements can be made to ensure better customer service in the future.
