- JJJimmy4 days ago1.0Absolutely terrible service from Enterprise. I booked a van 2 weeks and, just one hour before I was due to collect it on Friday, I received a call telling me that there was no van available and that I would have to wait for a delivery. By Monday, I still had no van and no acceptable solution. This completely disrupted my plans and is simply not the level of service I would expect from a major rental company. When I complained to the branch manager and explained that this kind of service was unacceptable and, frankly, rubbish, his response was essentially: “Yes, you can go to another company.” That attitude says everything. If you want the possibility of having your van cancelled at the last minute and being left without a vehicle for days, then by all means give this company a try. Otherwise, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
- JEJefferson Elias5 days ago1.0For the last three times I have hired a car from Enterprise, they have let me down be it with dirty cars, to unsafe cars(break issues) and as of yesterday, a cancellation of a last minute reservation that had been confirmed leaving me with all the stress of having to find a car for my needs for the next morning plans. This happened at the Eastleigh and Southampton Airport branches. Southampton's Airport member of staff Lexy, unprepared and unable to provide customer service to the point of hanging up the phone when I questioned the fact they've cancelled my reservation and ask for speak with a manager. I would not trust Enterprise, they WILL let you down at some point. Some of their vehicles are not road worthy. Avoid the Eastleigh Branch and Southampton Airport.
