  I required the removal and refitting of a new brake servo on my car, however once I was told the part costed £700, I did my own due diligence by calling the manufacturer - Coincidentally, the same person the garage was corresponding with and finding out that the actual cost they were paying was £430! I wouldn’t recommend this garage to anyone and if you do, be sure to do your own research.

  I recently received excellent service from the Best Autos team in Eastleigh. I had travelled over 500 miles from Scotland to visit my daughter who lives in Eastleigh. As I arrived, my car developed a brake problem. Not only did the Best Autos guys fix the problem the next day but also brought to my attention the need for two new front tyres. They were fitted the following day. They were working in unbearably hot, heat wave conditions but did a great job. Near the end of my two week stay my car suffered another unrelated problem with the steering. They diagnosed the problem and were honest to say they couldn’t fix it – it would need a dealer garage. The manager (Darren?) advised me not to drive back to Scotland which was good advice, as the break-down company had to eventually recover my vehicle. I drove back in a hire car. Quite a stressful ending to my holiday but would have been much worse without the great team at Best Autos Eastleigh! Huge thanks. I know where to go in the future, if I have a car problem, when I’m visiting my daughter. ( She actually recommended Best Autos as she had her car MOT there too!)
