Horrendous service! Fuel is fuel, and prices are what they are (by and large), the service is the only thing that makes a difference but at this station it’s the lowest possible. Not only is in a state, the gloves points were empty and the hoses are all covered with spilled fuel but the service at the till was deplorable. 2 staff serving, the person I approached to be served looked at me once and offered the most annoyed look of disdain, as if to say how dare I come in and interrupt their conversation. The other till was also serving someone with the same level of contempt. Not a word exchanged with me and didn’t look at me again. Extremely rude, the rudest service I have had in a very long time, these 2 people shouldn’t be customer facing. I rarely feel compelled to leave reviews but today’s experience enraged me, doesn’t take much to be polite. This visit guaranteed I won’t be returning even though this is my local station, they don’t deserve my business and will seriously consider taking my grocery business elsewhere as well.

Every time the price rises significantly, they turn off the electronic display at the front so you don’t know how much it costs until you get to the pump. This is nasty behaviour.

Just awful. The contactless payment wasn't working for pay at pump service. Tried a different pump and got to the front of the queue, only to find out that the unleaded was off, but the sign on the pump handle had been rotated so you couldn't read it. Several other pumps were the same. I won't be bothering again, they don't deserve my money or anyone else's. How difficult can it be, really?

Great selection of crisps, drinks and fuel. Would recommend.
