    Thank you to Connor and his colleague who dropped off a car for me to my workplace yesterday. Connor gave me a call to let me know he was on route, on time, friendly and explained all I needed to know. Car I was given was clean and I had no issues. The whole process was smooth and stress free. I recommend anyone looking for a hire/rental care to use Enterprise💚

    I recently hired a car from Enterprise through Booking.com and had a fantastic experience, worthy of five stars. Upon collection last Saturday, we were assisted by Joe, who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the pick-up process smooth and stress-free. Today, when we returned the vehicle earlier than expected because our own car had been released from the Mercedes service centre, there was a lovely lady at the counter who was equally friendly and accommodating (I regret not catching her name!). The vehicle we hired was in excellent condition and a joy to drive, which made the whole experience even better. Enterprise’s customer service and the quality of their cars left us very impressed. Highly recommended, and we will definitely use Enterprise again in the future!

    Initially, the hire was from my insurance company.Moving over to pay for myself while I searched for a car was very very simple.Couldn't have asked for anything else will definitely use them again if I ever need to hire a car

    Rented a large Transit from Basingstoke today. Van was ready and waiting my arrival - clean inside & out and in good condition. Perfect for the house removal task ahead. Kayleigh did the handover and check-in later in the day. She was a pleasure to deal with, both friendly & pragmatic. She’s a good customer service representative for Enterprise. Well done.
