    Over I was pleased with the hire process but the exterior of the vehicle was filthy dirty when I collected it. I had to take it home and clean it. I commented on the condition when receiving the car and a staff member told me that their jet washer was broken. Not good enough and I was not impressed.

    Booked a van over the phone, which they confirmed so I went down to the site, using public transport but when I arrived, the guy refused to rent it to me based on his computer system doing a 'soft check' on me. Despite having rented from them before and returning the van with no issues, having a clean license, no criminal record and no other foreseeable justification to deny me, the bored, disinterested guy at the desk kept repeating I'd failed their 'soft verification check' and when I asked him what that meant, he didn't seem to have a clue. I wasted money and it massively disrupted my plans. Save yourself the hassle and go with Hertz vans.

    I will admit we started off on the wrong foot as I did not have the van I requested for my roof racks , to carry ladders I got to the job and was supplied with ladders so it all ended up well in the end. On my return Enterprise sales man apologised and explained they don’t really have a choice he tried his best and they did give me a good service . The job was done my customer was happy and I was also happy in the end everyone’s happy so I can only thank enterprise for their efforts and I can’t knock the customer service especially the staff and the online platform is so easy to use . I will gladly say, I will be back. Keep up the good work guys.
