  We were very pleased with the professionalism and friendliness of the team. The car was great for our visit of 5 French friends to show them around our area. The car had plenty of room for 7 people and luggage. We would highly recommend this company

  Customer service was excellent; from ordering, to picking it up & when dropping it off (whereby Louise was very helpful) - all round a great experience, and will be using them again when I next need a big van!

  Ive hired 4 vans from the alton branch over the few years. I put the deposit down on my debit card and which my card was put onto the system. Which i knew because they had told me that if anything happened they would take money out of that account. Unfortunately i put a dent in the door and i was very worried and my anxiety was bad because what i had done. I took the van back to alton on the Monday morning and explained what happened and she was very understandable and explained everything to me what was going to happen and i was very worried about the excess fee and i explained to her that i wont be able to afford the whole £2500 in one hit. She said i could pay some now and then i would get the bill through the door. Even the young lad said i could do it this way. Im fully aware i need to pay it. I paid the £500 on my credit card. I felt so much better didn’t need to worry because they said i could pay instalments. So this morning i got a message saying that enterprise had taken the rest of the money on the credit card. So i went to see them and they said they couldn’t have taken it out because its not the card that was on the system. I told him that you and the other lady said to me i could pay instalments and that the bill will come through the door. They said u have to pay the £2500 but i told him im fully aware i have to pay it and i wasn't refusing to pay it. Im very and angry upset that they had told me that i could pay instalments and then one of them went and took it straight out of my credit card this morning while they denied it to my face. I spoke to customer services and put in a formal complaint and he said they had tricked me and that one of them had taken the payment off my credit card this morning which they said that they didn’t and that my credit wasn't on the system but they did take and now im very worried and emotional and cross the same time and im in dept with my credit card which has left me financially crippled.

  The vehicle collection process was straightforward, and the staff I dealt with were polite and helpful. The hire vehicle was provided promptly and was clean and suitable for my needs. I appreciated having a replacement vehicle available while my own vehicle was being dealt with.

  I had arranged a hire van from the Alton branch 3 weeks prior to needing it, on the day before in the afternoon they rung me and said there are no vans available anymore. The only solution they offered me was to use another company that wanted to charge me twice as much. A valuable lesson has been learned here and that is to not bother with Enterprise again.
