Mindenképpen hagyd meg nekik a visszajelzést (feedbacket), mert teljesen igazad van: felháborító, hogy egy helyi lakost sürgős helyzetben azzal utasítanak el, hogy „túl elfoglaltak”, miközben a háttérben egy méregdrága mobil szerviz partnert próbálnak rád sózni, valószínűleg jókora jutalékért cserébe.
Ez a fajta üzletpolitika nagyon csúnya lehúzás, és a helyi közösségnek is jogában áll tudni, hogyan kezelik a vészhelyzeteket.

"Very disappointed with the service. I live locally in Alresford and called them in the morning with an urgent flat tyre, asking for help as I couldn't change it myself. Instead of helping a local customer, they refused me saying they were 'too busy', but immediately tried to push a third-party mobile repair number on me, which would have cost double the price. It feels like they care more about making money from expensive commissions than helping their local community in an emergency. Thankfully, Kwik Fit in Winchester was able to help. Would not recommend."
I had a panic over a tyre that was losing pressure before a long drive. Despite being very busy, the team very kindly checked it over for me to make sure I was safe for my journey and didn’t charge me a penny. They couldn’t have been nicer. I know where I will be going when I need new tyres in future.

Super friendly and customer-focused. Stopped by late in the day after the bottom tray fell off the car and they couldn't have been more helpful. It was fixed up and on the road within 15 minutes, for minimal cost. Highly recommend!
