  Been renting from aldershot branch for nearly a year, very simple to do. Nice up-to date cars Clean cars Friendly staff Not the cheapest but the simplest rental company. Highly recommend

  The worst customer service I have ever encountered. Booked a reservation for a Volvo XC90 a 7 seater paid online. Got a call morning of pickup manager left a message asking us to call back. We called and where told that the car we had booked was not available and said they had a Peugeot 5008. We told them we didn’t want that car as it was not adequate, we then suggested that he check with other branches. Upon arrival the manager then told us that he had messaged other branches and had not gotten a response and he suggested that we call other branches and findout what they have. Initially I played along as I needed to go and couldn’t waste anymore time. I then managed to get a car from Camberley branch and I asked the manager for a refund who then told me I would only get it after labour 3-14 days. I told him this was not on as we were in this problem because they had put a car for hire on their website which they didn’t have. In his defence enterprise is an American company and he went on to ask me why we booked the car the day before, I asked him who made him the police of when one needs to book a car I told him I book as and when I need it. He was so rude that he even said to me that he was not going to stop doing the 10 things he had to do just to source a car for us. I found this to be unacceptable customer service because to me what he literally meant was I was not important as a customer. I literally had to tell him that the only thing I could accept was him transferring my money to the other branch than wait for a refund as this was not be cancelling but me arriving and not finding the car I had booked. I have never come across such arrogance. He is just a horrible human being. I will not be going back to Aldershot branch

  Excellent service from Enterprise Aldershot. Jay was professional, friendly, and made the whole rental process quick and stress-free. Highly recommend both Jay and the team for their outstanding customer service.

  Pressurised into accepting extra insurance excess fees. When asked to remove them before taking the vehicle later learnt this had not been done and charged to my credit card in full. When complained to manager to investigate with the representative they simply closed ranks. I will never use Enterprise again after 5 years of loyalty feel completely let down and conned !
