I came to Lunts Heath Tyres and Exhaust as a walk in due to breaking down. From this point forward, in particular Boo showed a great deal of kindness and support. The team had to fit me in amongst the scheduled work, unfortunately due to the situation my car required a lot of work however, Sean/Shaun and the team did all they could to fix it in a timely manner, with him honest and supportive as the situation developed.
Whilst the work was being done, I could not have been shown more kindness or been more cared for, with food and refreshments offered in case I had not eaten. Unfortunately as they fixed the initial breakdown issues another appeared now the car was running.This was an unexpected cost however, Sean/ Shaun and Boo were very kind and supportive and talked me through next steps in the moment I felt overwhelmed. The parts were ordered there and then, with the car fixed the next working day.
Whilst I do hope I do not need to take my car again in soon, I would not hesitate to return to Lunts Heath Tyres and Exhaust, as not only are they the loveliest people I have had the pleasure of meeting at a garage but it is clear they show a great deal of care for their customers, again I am very grateful for all the help, kindness and support shown. Thank you to the team! ☺️

Absolutely garbage service from start to finish, kept my car for 3 days with no update on what’s going on, wasn’t the first time the service was crap AVOID THE PLACE

If I had to be honest this garage does not deserve any reviews they are blatant lies about everything they do and the staff are so horrible and disgusting zero experience of what they do and always looking for ways to extort money from customers who go to them and should be closed down
Can you imagine taking my car for service and MOT only to be told my car is write off and offered me £500 for a car I took to another garage only for it to pass one touch without any adversories please run from this garage they are up to no good !!!! Run run run for your dear life and car
