    Despite being delayed by over an hour due to the previous vehicle being returned late, the team at Enterprise Bangor went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. As soon as a car became available, they got it cleaned and ready for me, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade from what I originally booked. Mark went out of his way to arrange some compensation for the delay, and Jack also offered the possibility of a discount on my next booking, which was a very pleasant surprise. The whole team were friendly, helpful and genuinely went out of their way for me. I really appreciate it and would highly recommend Enterprise Bangor. I’ll definitely be returning!

    poor communication, late car, unsuitable car. staff lacking in customer service skills. nearly 90 mins to process the hire due to IT issues yet no where to sit down, no refreshments, staff tried to avoid engaging with me or other customers.

    Once again i have had an amazing experience with hiring a rental with the company Enterprise I have used this company twice for rentals once at Liverpool Enterprise with a Luton Van and Most Recently I had a rental at Bangor North Wales with a large van , staff are extremely friendly and very informative with information needed, they also deal with you very quickly so you dont waste time an can get on with your day easily , the whole process from booking and collecting is easy and simple and i am very pleased an satisfied as a customer , would definately recommend and also used again as my experience with them has been amazing each time Thankyou Enterprise from Toni
