I booked a fitting day for new tyres with a time slot only to be told on the day I could not be fitted in and had to come back another day. The fact that I was going on holiday the next day did not concern them, they were totally unhelpful and rude. What is the point in having a booking in system when it actually means nothing, appalling service!
