    I have never hired a car before but I found myself needing to do exactly that when my newly purchased car broke down and ended up back at the dealers. Nissan contacted Enterprise and they rung me within an hour and arranged to pick me up and take me to their nearest branch. Everyone I dealt with was really friendly and everything I needed to know about the car and the lease was fully explained.

    Had to hire a car at short notice. Really easy to do. Car was brand new off the lorry and I was sorry to have to give it back! Extending the hire was easy and the team were also able to drop me and my son off locally when we returned the vehicle. Brilliant service. Thank you

    We booked a van for a house move, all confirmed and ready to collect on the morning of the move. I receive a voicemail at 6.30pm the night before, saying the van isn't available due to a mechanical issue (needing new brakes) and no others are available till the following evening. Oh and by the way you can't call back because the lines are now closed. Exceedingly unhelpful. We managed to book another van online from a neighbouring enterprise depot for collection in the morning. Problem solved.. Or so we thought. Found out whilst on the way to collect this van that it is not available. Now having to travel to a depot even further away to collect another van. Moving house, as I'm sure you are all aware is a stressful time in itself, and time critical. I would like to thank Enterprise and their inefficiency for making this even worse. We now will be lucky to have half a day to complete the house move.. Ongoing....

    A totally professional service from start to finish. Quick and easy service with friendly supportive staff. Regular contact via text and email during the hire period with reminders of support if needed and the opportunity to amend the return date/time. Excellent service and would recommend to others.
