  We dropped our 2 Luton vans off at this branch after moving house and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Checking the vans over was very quick and easy. Can't fault the service we had.

  Very easy and straightforward to book on line. Communication leading up to the rental was good and the online check in was easy and made the pickup quick and easy. The staff at Cirencester were friendly and helpful and offered me an electric van as I didn't intend to travel too far. The van was clean and comfortable. Drop off was also quick and easy and Enterprise quoted a good price too. Overall I was impressed with the service and would strongly recommend.

  For roughly £550 to initially rent a van for a day, they managed to tie up over £1200 in pending charges and fees, some of which I am supposed to be refunded and have still not seen after 2 business days. I called to ask what some of these individual charges were and the employee who answered couldn't even explain what some of them were. They didn't even know what the initial deposit was supposed to be and almost charged us £500 instead of £200. They did not thoroughly inspect the vehicle before releasing it to us, and have now claimed we caused a cracked side mirror light casing. We actually took photos when initially collecting the vehicle and can confirm and now dispute that the vehicle was already in that state upon receipt. The meta data in the photos will support this. I am currently awaiting a £304.98 pending charge to clear that neither I nor staff at this branch can't trace to anything. The van, deposit, insurance, and ridiculous £250 fee for an already damaged mirror light casing have cleared. They have made a very stressful and financially taxing move worse through their incompetence. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. At least this branch.

  5 Stars! Incredible customer service from the team in Cirencester. We originally booked a Volvo XC90, but they generously upgraded us to a luxury 7-seater Mercedes GLE at no extra cost. The car was perfect for our trip to North Wales—the safety features made driving on high mountain passes and tight local roads so much easier. We had an unfortunate puncture mid-trip, and a mix-up with the local North Wales branch meant we were given a downgraded replacement and had to pay for a taxi to another location. Thankfully, the staff at the Cirencester branch stepped up completely. They resolved the situation promptly, refunded the price difference for the downgrade, and fully reimbursed our taxi fare. Outstanding service—I will absolutely be renting from them again without hesitation!
