  First-class experience hiring a commercial vehicle from this branch. The dedicated van centre setup out on Old Gloucester Road makes the whole process far easier than battling into the town centre, with straightforward access and plenty of space for vehicle collection and returns. The handover was handled by a genuinely friendly, polite member of staff who couldn't do enough to help get everything sorted quickly. The van itself was immaculate, modern, and drove without a hitch. Efficient, professional service from start to finish—would gladly use this depot again.

  Rented van for the day. Service was good enough and van did as advertised. When I got back I refilled the van to the same level I’d picked it up - just over half a tank. Was informed when I returned it that due to some new piece of kit that knows the fuel in the tank down the nearest 0.01 of a litre, that it had 0.51 litres less than. When I picked it up. They charged me for the addition fuel and an admin fee for refilling which totalled £12.30 - for half a litre of fuel. Then when the final bill came through they tacked on an extra £4.05 they didn’t tell me about which they called a daily refuelling charge - so £16.35 for half a litre of fuel. The van was fine - but these extra charges tacked on at the end have annoyed me. No one said this van needs will need to be filled down to the nearest hundredth of a litre. In fact the guy I picked up the van from said “bring it back about that and it’ll be all good.” It feels like some deliberate dishonesty has happened which I really don’t like. I thought of enterprise first when I needed a van. If I need one again I’ll be going elsewhere and won’t be recommending them.

What really made the experience stand out was the exceptional customer service. By a nice coincidence, I even had the same fantastic staff members help me out at both pickup and drop-off, and they were brilliant, friendly, and attentive from start to finish. Top it all off with great, competitive pricing, and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommended!
