  Staff at Cheltenham branch really helpful and friendly. The van was modern clean and reliable. Booking was easy and quick. Online text messages from Enterprise were reassuring of support if ever needed. Pick up and drop off quick & easy Will definitely use again. Minor gripe is Ford Van driver support software kept picking up local road 50mph speed limits whilst you drive along a motorway, meaning you get warnings of over speed limit but you are on the motorway with a 70mph limit! At one moment it reported a speed limit of 20mph😂

  I should have read the reviews before hiring a van. Same problems as everyone else, ‘holding deposit’ told will be refunded same day as return. Four days later still showing out of my account.

  Absolute shambles of a business. Have rented from this branch 3 times (not sure why I didn’t learn the 1st time but thought id give them another chance) and each time the level of service has been appalling. 1st time I booked a van in advance with 10am pickup to move house to receive a call 9am that morning saying they had no vans. I’m still unable to understand why their system allows you to book a van if its not available? No one else has a system like that. 2nd time i booked a van to again receive a phone call in the morning to say if I wanted the van I had to return it earlier then what I had paid for. So basically I paid a 24hr rate but didn’t have the van for 24 hours. 3rd time I booked the van nearly 2 weeks in advance and went into the branch to confirm they would have the van as I was moving house again to which I was told they did. Again the day before I was called to say they didn’t have the van and I’d need to collect it later in the day. I turned up the next day and there was no van and I was told I’d either have to drive to Worcester or wait for someone to deliver another van. I’ve rented from Enterprise a few times and never had any problems but this branch doesn’t seem to have a clue what they are doing and i could not discourage people enough to consider renting from them. Unless you want to be consistently messed around. I called to make a complaint the 3rd time and was told I’d receive a call back but never did.
