  Absolute shambles of a business. Have rented from this branch 3 times (not sure why I didn’t learn the 1st time but thought id give them another chance) and each time the level of service has been appalling. 1st time I booked a van in advance with 10am pickup to move house to receive a call 9am that morning saying they had no vans. I’m still unable to understand why their system allows you to book a van if its not available? No one else has a system like that. 2nd time i booked a van to again receive a phone call in the morning to say if I wanted the van I had to return it earlier then what I had paid for. So basically I paid a 24hr rate but didn’t have the van for 24 hours. 3rd time I booked the van nearly 2 weeks in advance and went into the branch to confirm they would have the van as I was moving house again to which I was told they did. Again the day before I was called to say they didn’t have the van and I’d need to collect it later in the day. I turned up the next day and there was no van and I was told I’d either have to drive to Worcester or wait for someone to deliver another van. I’ve rented from Enterprise a few times and never had any problems but this branch doesn’t seem to have a clue what they are doing and i could not discourage people enough to consider renting from them. Unless you want to be consistently messed around. I called to make a complaint the 3rd time and was told I’d receive a call back but never did.

  I was served by a very professional employee at the Cheltenham van branch on Friday the 22nd of May.. Enterprise should look after staff like him, he made my experience positive. Thank you.

  Friendly staff, seamless hire experience for a van to help someone move. Only issue was a delay in getting the deposit back due to the rental contract not being closed, all resolved now though.

  Appalling. Absolutely appalling. I am now stuck on the helpline with someone who says he cannot access the complaints system, and has now put me on hold for about 10 minutes now. I complained about the woeful service at the Cheltenham branch some 5 weeks ago. Since then I have made 7 follow up calls and spent two hours + progressing my complaint, or rather not progressing it, what a disaster of a company. Where is my money ? Can I talk to someone who makes sense please and doesn’t just send me round and round in circles ?
