  Il servizio da parte della filiale è stato molto buono e lo avrei votato 5 soprattutto a seguito di un imprevisto che mi hanno aiutato a gestire con professionalità e gentilezza. Pessimo invece quello di customer service e damage claim. Dopo un mese di chiamate ed email ancora nessun tipo di supporto...no comment.

  As a solo woman traveller, I was a bit nervous about renting a car, from booking through to picking up and returning the car, I felt supported on the whole journey. I mainly dealt with a young man called ZAC. He was friendly, professional and genuinely helpful from start to finish. The collection process was quick and straightforward. I was allocated a black automatic 2026 Citroën C3 Aircross and Zac took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel rushed. The car was clean, well presented and exactly what I needed. The car drove really nicely, on all roads, though I do think the narrow English roads are terrifying! I was able to connect my Google Pixel to the navigation system, and that all worked smoothly. Remember to make a note of the petrol level when you leave, as that is what you need to return it as. It was only half full, so I have no idea how someone can fill up a tank only half full? Excellent customer service makes a real difference when you're travelling, and Zac certainly delivered. I'd happily hire from here again and would highly recommend both the company and Zac to anyone looking for a smooth, stress-free car hire experience.

  Bonjour. Nous avons loué une voiture chez Enterprise a Cheltenham. Les collaborateurs sont très sympathiques et nous avons été upgradé avec un modèle automatique qui nous a facilité la route et la découverte de la région. Si nous revenons dans la région je n'hésiterai pas a relouer un véhicule avec eux. Merci a l'équipe

  Absolutely appalling service. This has been, without a doubt, one of the worst customer service experiences we have ever had. A member of staff called Sam told us that they only accept debit cards issued in China (my husband is Chinese) and refused to accept any UK-issued debit cards. However, on our previous visit, they were unable to process payment using our Chinese debit card either. We were left with contradictory information and no practical solution. As a result, this company wasted almost two weeks of our time and completely disrupted our plans. Instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally, the staff were dismissive, unhelpful, and lacked even the most basic level of customer care. We felt as though our concerns were simply ignored. If you are a family relocating to Cheltenham or even just visiting the area, I would strongly recommend avoiding this company. There are plenty of other rental companies that value their customers’ time and provide far more professional and respectful service. Our experience was frustrating, stressful, and a complete waste of time. We certainly won’t be returning, and unfortunately, we cannot recommend this company to anyone.！

  I had an extremely disappointing experience with Enterprise Cheltenham City Centre. I specifically booked and paid for a Volvo XC90 or Similar, a premium full-size 7-seat SUV, because I was travelling with my parents and required both genuine seven-seat capacity and luggage space. When I arrived, I was first offered a compact 5-seat vehicle. After refusing it, the only alternative provided was a Mercedes-Benz GLB. While the GLB technically has seven seats, it is not comparable to a Volvo XC90. It is a much smaller SUV with a very limited third row and almost no luggage space when all seven seats are in use. As a result, my parents had to travel in extremely cramped third-row seats that are barely suitable for adults, and we struggled to fit our luggage throughout the trip. I accepted the vehicle only because I had no realistic alternative at that moment and my family was waiting. I paid a premium price expecting the comfort and practicality of a Volvo XC90 or similar, but what I received was a vehicle from a completely different class that did not meet the purpose of my booking. I am now pursuing a formal complaint with Enterprise and hope they will resolve this matter appropriately. Until then, I cannot recommend this branch to anyone relying on receiving the vehicle category they reserved.
