  Hired a car last weekend for a trip to the Lake District. I was given a lovely new Cupra which was a great drive, clean and comfortable. Eloise and Gus in the Cheltenham office made the process very easy and they were very helpful and friendly. Would recommend to everyone looking to rent a car in Cheltenham to go there and I will use them again in the future when I need a car for long trips. Thank you.

  This local office provided a master class in customer service! They were professional, friendly, and very efficient in getting us set up with our rental. They picked us up and dropped us off at the railway station. The communication via text messaging was also helpful and timely. The overall experience was perfect.

  The cars were great (Mercs) but the coordination between Cheltenham and Heathrow Enterprise branches was truly awful. I collected a car from Heathrow after a holiday and returned it to a Tesla repairer in Cheltenham (where my own car was being repaired). This process was approved by Enterprise Cheltenham. I then received text messages from Enterprise Heathrow saying the insurers (of the liable party that damaged my car) wanted me to return the car despite already returning the car. Cheltenham failed to coordinate and I was hassled. Enterprise made alot of money (£2000+) but basically screwed up the process sadly. I called each office about a dozen times but no-one had a clue and no-one ever returned my calls either. Very disappointed and stressed out

  The agents both in Cheltenham and Christchurch were exceptional. Best I’ve experienced in all the years I have been renting cars. I was very impressed by their professionalism, high level of personalized customer service, friendliness, and great attitudes. They went above and beyond in both locations. They should all be highly commended. Whoever is managing hiring, training and operations in the UK is doing an outstanding job! Well done! Keep up the great work. Thank you.

  Really quick, very straight forward. I booked a mini (the cheapest available option) and was given an economy car instead (the second cheapest), so a free upgrade. When I returned the car, it was super dirty as I had parked it underneath a tree and the birds did a number on it, they just laughed it off. I would definitely rent a car from them again in the future.
