I called the enterprise phone number of the location we rented it from and could not get through and they did not return my call. Then I called customer service and they did not answer as well. I called the enterprise number on the agreement for the pickup of the car that was disabled and I got no response. From the hospital , where me and my other passengers were taken, I managed to call the accident number. the person there, took information and said I would be contacted quickly by the enterprise insurance people, I never was contacted. Then I got a bill for the 4 day rental, when we had the car for only one day before an accident that happened when I truck hit us broadside disabled it. I have tried to dispute this bill, but again no response. We were hurt and no one at enterprise except for the people at Bristol airport on 5/25 tried to help us. This was the worse service experience of my life, especially since 4 of us were injured
