  I suspected a slow puncture in one of my tyres while on holiday in the area and as I tow a caravan, where my true pressures have to be higher, I was concerned about the potential puncture more than I'd normally be. I called the company and asked if I could drop by to get the tyre checked. There was no hesitation, the person I spoke to saying yes immediately. I arrived and my car was taken in within minutes, despite the garage looking busy already. We waited in the reception area and after 30 minutes the puncture had been identified, repaired, wheel and tyre rebalanced and put back on the car. This was a friendly, quick and professional repair and I can highly recommend the company as a result. Thank you.

  Very good and quick service. I went in expecting something to need replacing, they had a look and said they could repair it which would be much cheaper. They had a chance to charge me for a replacement without me ever knowing, but they didn’t - they were very honest.

  Today whilst being assisted by the AA we called Dean Tyre & Exhaust Service Ltd, Bourton on the Water for a replacement tyre, they had one in, and at an agreeable price. I drove the 6 miles very carefully, met with Jacob who sorted me out and came in a little under the phone quote and only took them 5 minutes. Thank you Jacob and Dean Tyre & Exhaust Service Ltd
