The staff at the Springburn office were efficient and polite. The handover of the vehicle was very easy and the team are super friendly. It’s a busy office and they all do a great job, from the admin side to getting the cars promptly valeted for the next customers. They even collected the car from me to accommodate my very busy schedule which was really appreciated. Thereafter, James, the Manager, followed up to ensure all was to my satisfaction and it was! Thank you, Enterprise Team at Springburn

Got off to a bad start, I'd already started my journey to their pick-up location, when I got a call saying the previous hire had not returned the vehicle and could I come back in an hour - there was nothing I could do but accept this as I needed the vehicle - but that left me waiting at a train station in the pouring rain with not enough time to go home and reorganise things - I was a bit grumpy on arrival with the rain and how the delay had impacted my plans - the customer service rep (Gary) - did his best to help and offered a discount for the time the vehicle was unavailable/the inconvenience - I did get the vehicle, it was spotless and I managed to get everything I needed done with time to spare - so brought the vehicle back half hour early and the same customer service rep greeted me and offered his apologies again for the earlier issues - I have Audhd and don't handle change well - Gary did a great job of turning things around and getting my day back on track 👍

⭐ 1/5 – Extremely disappointing Absolutely appalling experience. I’m a regular Enterprise customer, renting 4–5 times a year, but after this I would strongly advise avoiding this branch. I booked a Volvo XC90 or similar and even visited the branch weeks beforehand, then contacted them three times during the week before collection to make sure the correct vehicle category would be available. I was repeatedly reassured there would be no problem. Then, just 30 minutes before collection, I was told they had nothing in the category I had booked and was offered a much lower-category Mercedes GLB instead. I was offered 20% off and even told I should effectively be grateful because I already had a Blue Light discount! Eventually they suddenly found the correct category, but it would be an hour late and they refused to deliver it despite the inconvenience caused. No meaningful apology, terrible handling and a family birthday weekend completely disrupted. I cancelled and arranged alternative transport. Really poor customer service. I expected considerably better from Enterprise and would not recommend this branch.
