    Excellent customer service! The staff were friendly, patient and very helpful. Even though I arrived just before closing, they made everything quick and easy. The car was clean, new and excellent to drive. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. Thank you!

    Terrible experience.Hired a car had a defect on tyre took it back and was told have to replace tyre or would cost me £200.so cost me £96 for new tyre.manager said would look into this but never had a response.Been waiting since Nov 25.What a joke!

    Excellent experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this car hire company, especially the Springburn branch. Everyone I dealt with was so professional and polite, especially Dylan who collected me from home and drove me over to collect a courtesy car after mine was damaged in an accident. Beautiful car and seamless service. What was especially nice was that they were really kind and I was feeling a little sorry for myself after my car had been badly damaged and almost written off. I hadn’t expected how much that mattered. Thank you!

    Tried hire a van here today I booked it for 3pm got a call 30 mins before pickup, not got any vans available will get one in. I arrived at 3pm no vans in sight, got to pay deposit and managed said visa credit card as people stealing vans! I had debit, all of a sudden I failed the credit check? Why defo not on my side… hour later I went to tradeston enterprise ohh surprise.. Im out the door 20 mins later with my van clearly couldn’t be bothered to get my van on time at springburn poor service here

    Dont waste youre time waited over 3 hours after collection time for a car no fuel in it told to use battery to get home. Returned car on day of return 2.30pm was told im 2 hpurs late amd would have to pay 67 pound. Despite leaving 30 mile of fuel in wjen it actually had bare minimum when a was given it and air pressure in tyres were low. Staff were stressed and trying to do there best but not the best way to run a company whos so big also others turning up for booked cars and vans amd none available. My advice go somewhere else. On a positive was given a nice car to drive in the end reanult clio hybrid.. great little car. And dont try call them either its likely the phone will be ignored
