  Excellent service from start to finish ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a really positive experience with the team. The staff were absolutely fantastic — friendly, polite, helpful and professional throughout. They made everything so easy and were a pleasure to deal with. It’s lovely to receive such good customer service, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a hire vehicle. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Thank you to all the team for making the whole experience so straightforward and pleasant! 😊

  At the Springburn branch. I was promised reimbursement for EV charging costs after being provided with a vehicle that had a very low battery charge. The branch manager acknowledged the issue, apologised, and advised me to email the receipts, assuring me that the costs would be reimbursed. Since then, I've had to chase repeatedly. I received one reply from Gary, but after that my emails have gone unanswered. It's now been almost a month, and despite multiple follow-ups, I've still not received the reimbursement I was promised. It's disappointing because the issue itself could have been resolved easily. Instead, the lack of communication and failure to honour what was agreed has left me with a very poor impression of the customer service. I hope Enterprise improves the way it handles customer complaints and follows through on commitments. I won't be using Enterprise again if this is how customers are treated after a problem has been acknowledged.

  I didn't appreciate the fact I have to pay a deposit after spending money on renting a van for one day!. Originally it costs £84 then paid £25 for damage cover however I then had to pay £200 deposit for as insurance of damage. Then I lose more money because I will recieve £175 of my deposit money because of £25 waiver. I think it's an absolute con, please from the start notify the customer what are the add ons before they proceed to paying for starting cost. Paid intially £84 but instead paid £124. £50 difference is expensive!!! Not fair.
