    The van was already damaged when I picked it up. The guy walked me around the van, pointing the damages and that they are already included in the contract and when I would drop off the van they would be able to see them. Before I signed the contract I asked if I will be sent the report of all the damages that were already on the van and I was told no. I returned the van, and only 2 damages were mentioned. The rest I am accused of making. Also the van came with 4 warnings on the dashboard with lots of systems and sensors not working. Lastly, on my way down after 50 miles I got a warning saying that the adblue was low and the van won’t start again after 300miles. That’s exactly what you want to see when you are driving for 600 miles. Now they want to charge me 2,000£ per damage. Absolutely ridiculous! TAKE PICTURES OF EVERYTHING ON THE CAR! EVERYTHING!

    Absultley horrendous. Promised rental car never arrived. Waited 4 days. Then got a welcome pack text. They have been instructed to provide a courtesy car which never happend. Promised me delivery and made me wait whole day several times no car.Now received phone call from this horrible company that they want to collect my own car which I own and should have been repaired by insurance. Rejected Hastings offer of payout want repair instead. Reported to regulator
