    I wasn't an enterprise customer until this year and Im a total convert now! Each experience left huge impresssion on my heart. Staff are always amazing, kind and friendly. Booking is easy and just a pleasure , it eases my own experience of moving house! Recommend above and beyond

    I gave the car back and had a phone call nearly 2 weeks later about a nail in the tyre. I had to pay £100 for a simple nail in the tyre which should be a cost of £10, I felt like i have been robbed.

    Hired a luton van for 2 days , managed to extend an extra day as moving house as thought there might be a delay but ended up not needing & didn't get charged. Van drove well & service amazing from Rob . Would use again

    I requested a SMALL TO MEDIUM van, the van is recieved was a long wheen base, high transit. It was old and in very bad shape visually. I was only transporting luggage so did not need such a large vehicle, it was also quite old. Because of the size and age of the vehicle, the fuel consumption was extremely expensive in comparison to a smaller, newer vehicle. I felt I had no option but to take the van as it was being transported from another branch, despite there being smaller, newer vans already on the premises.

    My experience started a little negatively, as my premium SUV had not been valeted to the standard I expected. However, this was swiftly rectified and handled professionally, which made things right at the time. When I returned the vehicle, I was offered a £60 refund as a goodwill gesture, which I genuinely appreciated. It was never about the money, what mattered most was that Enterprise clearly cared about putting things right and ensuring customer satisfaction. Both teams at collection and return were fantastic, professional, and genuinely helpful, which is exactly why I will remain loyal to Enterprise for future hires. Ross also took the time to call me the following day to make sure I was happy with everything, which I confirmed I was. That level of follow-up and care is gold-standard customer service.
