  Avoid this branch – unfair damage charges and terrible customer service. I rented a van from this location and returned it to a different branch. Upon return, I was accused of causing scratch damage high up on the roof. Anyone looking closely at the damage can clearly see the scratch is old and already rusted, meaning it happened long before I ever picked up the vehicle. It is completely unreasonable to expect a customer to climb on top of the van during pre-rental inspection to check the top of the roof. Despite pointing out that the rust proves this was existing damage, Enterprise kept my deposit and charged me for it anyway. This feels extremely dishonest. I expect customer support to review this situation and refund my money immediately.

  My van pickup was a little late, but they extended the rental for an hour. Very friendly and efficient service. Danny was very helpful and gave me tips on how to drive the vehicle.

  Have used this particular branch on numerous occasions for business and personal use. The cars are always of an excellent standard, clean and in good condition. However, what stands this particular branch apart by far, is the customer service provided by all the staff. A genuine care and friendly, down to earth approach. I will be sure to continue to use Enterprise Scotland St for any future hires. Thanks again.

  Damaged and old tyre! Upon returning the vehicle the staff pointed out two 3mm cuts on the tyre that were already there! Almost as though they knew exactly where to look. Avoid at all cost!!! Scam! Take business elsewhere!!!

  I WOULD 100% RECOMMEND TAKING PICTURES BEFORE YOU DRIVE OFF. Vehicle booked for one day on 12 September 2026. Overall, I had a good experience, with just a few minor hiccups. I booked a premium vehicle through a third-party website, as I receive a 10% discount through the Blue Light scheme. I called the Tradeston branch beforehand to double-check that they had received my booking. I was then told by a member of staff over the phone that I needed to have a credit card in order to hire a premium vehicle, which was news to me and had not been made clear when I made the booking. On the day, the issue regarding the premium vehicle was resolved by Rob and Andrew, who were absolutely brilliant. They were both extremely helpful, friendly and professional. When I returned the vehicle the following day, a member of staff informed me that a chunk of the tyre was missing. This came as a complete shock, and I disputed the charge/responsibility as I was not liable for the damage. Eventually, it was established that the vehicle had not been inspected prior to my hire. This was clearly no fault of my own, and the staff member was very apologetic about the situation. Overall, I had a good experience, particularly thanks to Rob and Andrew, who were both really friendly, helpful and caring throughout the process. Fraser, the Assistant Manager at the branch, also took the time to call me the following day, which I appreciated. I would 100% recommend taking pictures and videos of the vehicle before driving it away, including the tyres, wheels and any existing damage. This gives you peace of mind and provides evidence of the vehicle's condition before your hire begins.
