  Really happy with my experience at Best Fit. I went in to get new tyres fitted and the service was excellent from start to finish. The staff were friendly, helpful and got everything done quickly. The price was also very reasonable. Would definitely recommend Best Fit and I’ll be back again when I need anything done to my car.

They took the time to explain what was going on with my car and made me feel like I could trust them. I really appreciate the great service and how welcoming everyone was.   Honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a garage. I was told my car would be ready the next day, yet it ended up being kept for four days. During that time, there was no proper communication whatsoever. No call, no message and no explanation — I had to keep chasing them myself to find out what was happening with my own car. The final bill was also around double what I was expecting, which was extremely frustrating considering the service I received. The whole experience felt completely disorganised from start to finish. The staff I dealt with did not give me any confidence that they knew what they were doing, and getting straightforward answers was unnecessarily difficult. As for Fareed, the owner, in my experience he is clearly not capable of properly managing or running a garage. He was rarely there when I needed to speak to someone responsible, and the lack of proper management was obvious throughout the whole experience. If the owner is never available and customers are left chasing staff for basic updates, it really raises questions about how the business is being managed. Poor communication, poor organisation, unexpected charges and an overall lack of professionalism. I would not recommend this garage to anyone and I certainly won’t be using them again
