  Had a good experience with car hire from start to finish at Enterprise Birtley There was a problem getting the car I booked but I got a bigger one at no extra charge which was a nice surprise Robert was very professional and helpful I would definitely use them again

  Staff were very helpfull, polite and friendly. Engine management light came on, called to report it, was worried they might try to charge me but was told it was fine and not to worry about it as its general wear and tear. They also don't scrutinise the van upon return, just a quick Check for any obvious damage. Will use again. Only gave 4 stars as previous users mobiles were still listed on the infotainment system and these should be wiped off for data protection

  Picked up today to collect my courtesy car from enterprise by a lovely guy called Robert. He was absolutely brilliant,went through everything slowly, very attentive. Made sure i was happy. An absolute pleasure to talk with. A breath of fresh air. The company should be extremely happy with Robert.

  Just rented a car from Enterprise and had a smooth experience! 🚗 The car was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for my trip. The provider was super helpful and flexible with pickup/drop-off timings. Would definitely recommend! 👍
