  I went yesterday morning and paid for full tracking wheels and they only did it on the front ,back side they didn't touch it and when I told them they said they did it .

  Visited today as my Ford Fiesta's air conditioning was blowing out hot air. The manager advised that diagnostic checks would be carried out and it would take approx 1 hour to hopefully identify the issue. Following the checks he advised that the fault would probably be with the pump or internal mechanism as the gases checks were working normally. He confirmed that was as far as they could go and the car would need to be referred to Ford for further investigation as it was still under warranty. The manager also confirmed there would be no charge for the checks carried out which I was very surprised but also very grateful about. I will definitely be using this company for any tyre requirements or service work in the future. Please support this company as they thoroughly deserve recognition for fairness and customer care.
