I get that this isn’t the Buckley Tyres of old where they squeezed you in but if you just follow the steps on the website it’s dead easy!

They asked for my information which I sent back. Heard nothing. Wrote to them again 28th May, no response. Phoned on the 1st June and was promised someone would phone me, nothing. Rang again afternoon of the 1st and was told again, someone would phone me. Phoned again the 2nd June and was told only the manager can book in air con as he's the only one that is actually licensed to do the job. The manager wasn't in. I expressed my frustration but they said he would call me. No contact. I've given up and booked into another garage that's actually closer. Wouldn't bother with this lot, they couldn't organise a booze up in a brewery.

I called in last week, the place seemed empty, 2 cars in the bays, and one waiting. I was asked if I had booked, which I hadn't. I was then told they were short staffed and they couldn't help today. I remember when the place was buzzing. Customers just drove in, someone would come on over and, see what you wanted and always fitted you in. They were plenty of staff, and it looked like the F1 pits when they call a safety car. It feels like a business in decline. I'll have to find somewhere else to buy my tyres from now on.

I paid almost £100 for wheel alignment and have returned 2 times + original visit , because the issue was never properly resolved. My tyres are wearing out extremely quickly despite being new, cause the alignment is still incorrect. After three attempts, I have lost confidence in the service and will now have to go elsewhere and pay again to have the problem fixed. It's disappointing, as the staff themselves have always been helpful and professional.

Receptionist was pleasant but when i returned to my car an amiba of a boy told me to slow down if i ever came into the yard again.. I don't think 5 mph is going too fast really? All change there so will never go back and the amiba lost a sale for the company. Good luck 👍
