  Live about 40 metres away from here but go all the way to Mold Tyres for a better customer service and experience which says it all. Went downhill when protyre took over.

  Took my sons car in for him to have 2 new front tyres £350.00 plus the laser tracking done £56.00 After my son drove the car the steering felt heavy (tyre going flat ) and the steering wheel was off centre and the car pulling to the right. He took it back the next day as pre booked and they said it was his fault he must have hit a curb !! What a load of rubbish so he went to Mold branch instead and they re tracked and checked the brand new tyres and all is good. They also tracked the rear axle for £35.00. Came out perfect. I have been going to Buckley tyres for over 15 years and it was brilliant before it was sold to Protyre, Buckley tyres were very welcoming and made sure the job was done correctly and customer was happy, Not anymore.... I believe in giving people a second chance after I left my review last time, But nothings changed still very poor can't be bothred service, So Buckley me, my son, my wife are leaving you now and will never return. For local people of Mold and Buckley who remember the old Buckley tyre set up I am sure you will be loosing these also. So sad to see a business that a man was proud of and worked all the hours to see going negative.

  What a shame. Rang up to find they’ve stopped doing motorcycle tyres. I’ve been going there for 20years. I’d ride 25miles to go there because they were great. RIP Buckley Tyres. I’m unimpressed what Protyre have done to this business, suffice to say I’ll not be visiting any of their locations in the future.

  Excellent service from Pro Tyre Buckley! From booking the appointment right through to completion of the job, the service was excellent. Everyone was friendly, professional and helpful, and the whole process was smooth and hassle-free. I’d particularly like to make a special mention of the lady on reception, who was incredibly patient and helpful. As this was my first time arranging a full retyre of my car, she took the time to explain all the options available to me clearly, answering my questions and making sure I understood everything before making a decision. Her knowledge and customer service really put me at ease. The job was completed efficiently and to a very high standard. I’m extremely pleased with the service I received and would definitely recommend Pro Tyre Buckley. Fantastic customer service from start to finish!

  Went here today to have a slow puncture repaired, which was pre-booked. Car was taken in sharply, but the experience from then on just left me wondering if I had made the right decision. The guy working on my car was obviously an apprentice judging by the lack of professionalism and knowledge. A simple puncture repair took 45 minutes, and I was starting to regret my decision to book my car in here. He was unsupervised and the other staff in the bay were occupied (one was working hard, the other disappeared for 20 minutes). The place was very quiet, with a handful of cars in within an hour time period, its obvious that there has been a decline in customers since the change of ownership. The final nail in the coffin was the price, £35 for a puncture repair, the price has risen significantly since my last visit. Won't be using this place again, shame as prior to the change of ownership, it was thriving and I would not have hesitated in recommending them to others. Also the staff when under the previous management were excellent... if they ever read this.
