- CHCraig HunterMay 21, 20261.0Kept deposit for old scuff on tyre that was clearly not me and also did not need replacing,very disappointed by this and taking further.I got told car was already at garage later on after dropping car off getting fixed at national tyres so I phoned national and they told me car wasn’t there and was not booked in!! I also asked for the tyre as proof and was told they couldn’t do this even though they said it was not fit for road.

Be warned if you complete all online checks and even if they state all you need to do is pick up car, they can reject you and leave you stranded at point of rental with little sympathy they've falsely represented you've passed checks and left you stranded 500 miles away. Gibbs is a much better local alternative, cheaper, more polite, and don't have hidden checks. There really is no reason to use Enterprise, be warned!
