  Hired a van and got exactly what I chose. Staff very friendly, allowed me to pick the car up slightly earlier than what I originally booked. Very aware of any existing damage on the hire vehicle which was fully explained and shown to myself. Upon returning the vehicle the staff checked the vehicle over and was in and out in 5 mins. Very happy and will use them again

  My partner was picked up late for rental of car, which made him late to collect me from airport. It was a smaller car than promised and didn’t have a handbook. Had phone call 2 days later to say they had a bigger car if we wanted. We drove back to swap cars and when they inspected the car found damage to the front offside tyre. Except for drive from airport , stopping at petrol station, the car was parked on the drive. Staff insisted it was checked 3 times before delivery and we must have hit a pothole or similar. It was a minuscule mark and if checked when tyre was in another position, wouldn’t have been visible. They are now putting in a claim and could be deducting £80 from our deposit. After reading the reviews ( after the horse has bolted ) see that this has happened to other customers. One customer quotes “scam”……. I hope not. Wonder what will happen when we return this car.

  Had a hire car from enterprise through the insurance of the person who reversed into my car. Positives - the car was really nice and the initial handover was very good and really helpful but it was all downhill from there. Negatives - car was taken back while repairs were still going even though enterprise have access to the system for the expected completion date, adding to that enterprise charged my bank card twice when it was all meant to be paid through the insurance of the person who was at fault, both times enterprise never contacted me about taking payment and were not helpful when i phoned up about this, infact most were pretty rude too. If ever in this position again i would rather walk and take public transport than ever hiring anything from enterprise again.

  Hi,at first I would like to thank to the staff of Kirkcaldy branch,they are very kind,helpful and professional,providing great information about the vehicle.Their behaviour were very polite and effective to what we expect to get from them ❤️ and the car was amazing,which made my trip so much smooth .Thank you so much,will be back to you soooon!..💯

  Worst enterprise location I have rented from . Had a terrible experience renting here. Initial discussions were great and positive. Car was returned in same condition as when we left . But as previous reviews have indicated this changed upon return. 2 Microscopic scratches on the windshields were flagged as a need “to replace the full front window “ due a a “zero tolerance policy” which was flagged by two junior sales associates , Manpreet and Nathan. They seemed in desperate need of some training in communications. Luckily the manager , Cameron Lawrie stepped in in a bit more of a pragmatic nature and deescalated and explained the situation to his colleagues … my family has been renting from enterprise for 20 years across multiple countries but never experience this lack of customer service. They’ve lost future business due to how they handled this
