The staff that looked after us were all very friendly , helpful and proffesional. The young lady who collected my husband to go and get the hire car was so accommodating and supportive of my husbands physical restrictions, allowances were made for my husbands disabilities and a larger car was loaned to us to help maintain his independence during the hire period. Absolutely amazing , will definitely recommend. Thank you The car we had was beautiful .

It's Saturday 12th September at 5.30pm and a van that I booked a week ago for my house move on Monday 14th ( have to be clear by midday on that day ) is not available. Received a phone call telling me that and the lady said she would call me back as she would sort something out for me ....the office closed at 1.30 pm and I've not received a call back Absolutely horrific position I've been left in. Please don't leave me one of your pathetic responses apologising for the way that you've let me down as you are clearly doing this on a regular basis by reading your reviews I will be taking this up with your head office ...I won't let you down !

Dan and Sam were excellent. After a mix up that was beyond their control, they went above and beyond to compensate for the problem. Very impressed by their customer service.
