AVOID AVOID AVOID. If I was able to give Enterprise Eastbourne no stars I absolutely would. Entirely uncontactable which is highly concerning. 19 calls made over the space of an hour and a half and no response their end at all. They failed to pick up their vehicle at the agreed time and left it with me for an additional two days with no reasoning. Failed to provide no real explanation as to liability during this period and complete lack of any form of communication or apology. If I had failed to return the vehicle there would be penalties so why is this not share on their part? I don’t want your poorly kept, dirty vehicle sat on my drive for any longer than is needed. I would be highly concerned if there was ever safety related issues which were deemed an emergency, as you would be sat waiting to get through on the phone for the best part of your day. Dreadful. Genuinely appalling “service” and would urge anyone to use a different company altogether or avoid Eastbourne branch. Shocking customer service and the lowest standard of care hire. Complaint submitted but of course no response despite it now approaching a fortnight since this horrendous experience, will escalate and escalate until I have answers. Horrific.
These guys helped me out when I was let down by a courtesy car from a garage, they provided a car at very short notice and couldn't have been more helpful to me

Absolutely dreadful experience from start to finish. The whole process felt disorganised, stressful, and far more complicated than it needed to be. Communication was poor, staff seemed uninterested in helping, and I was left feeling like a nuisance rather than a customer.
Customer service appears to be an afterthought. Simple questions took far too long to answer, and there was very little effort made to resolve concerns. For a company of this size, I expected much better standards and a far smoother experience.
Overall, I left feeling disappointed, frustrated, and unwilling to use this branch again. There are plenty of other rental companies available, and based on my experience, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

These guys rocked, customer service here can teach Australian's a thing or two. You guys got it right well done.
A frequent customer here on behalf of the British Red Cross, I've always received good customer service, the team are friendly and they have helped us out a few times.
Just once I had a van that had dog hair everywhere.
