  Unsere Rückgabe bei Enterprise Rent-A-Car Stansted Airport war wirklich hervorragend organisiert. Die Station ist sehr einfach zu finden und alles ist klar ausgeschildert – von der Einfahrt bis zur Fahrzeugabgabe. Die Rückgabe selbst verlief schnell, unkompliziert und absolut stressfrei. Fahrzeug abstellen, kurzer Check, Schlüssel abgeben – in wenigen Minuten war alles erledigt. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die sehr kompetente und freundliche Mitarbeiterin an der Abgabestelle. Sie war professionell, hilfsbereit und hat den gesamten Ablauf angenehm gemacht. Ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt: Der Shuttlebus zu den Terminals ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Dadurch kommt man ohne Umwege oder lange Wartezeiten schnell zurück zum Flughafen. Insgesamt eine rundum perfekte Erfahrung – genau so wünscht man sich eine Mietwagenrückgabe. Klare 5 Sterne!

  I had an outstanding experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car at Stansted, and I genuinely cannot recommend them highly enough. A special thank you to James, who was incredibly attentive, professional, and thoughtful throughout the entire process. He really listened to my needs and quickly arranged a Full Size SUV for me while my own car was in the repair shop. What impressed me even more was the level of customer care. Since my car had to go into the garage for repairs, James arranged for a colleague to drive the replacement vehicle directly to the repair centre and personally bring me back to the Enterprise office to complete all the rental paperwork. That level of service was above and beyond my expectations. The team also took the time to carefully explain the vehicle’s main features and controls, which helped me become comfortable driving the SUV very quickly. When it was time to return the car, they were again incredibly accommodating and happily allowed me to return the vehicle at the repair centre, making the whole process completely stress-free. From start to finish, the entire experience felt warm, caring, and genuinely customer-focused. Exceptional service like this is rare nowadays, and the team at Enterprise Stansted truly deserves recognition. Highly, highly recommended!

  Unredliche Firma. Mir wurde auch mal deutlich mehr Geld von meiner Kreditkarte abgebucht, als mir ursprünglich gesagt wurde. Es gibt viele versteckte Gebühren, die sich über Monate hinweg schleichend summieren und das Konto belasten, ohne dass man es merkt. Also Vorsicht.

  Professional, speedy and courteous service from end to end at Enterprise Stansted. Special mention for Matt who is a great representative of the business. Car (Nissan Juke)was in great condition. No complaints!

  Having been a regular customer, I'm disgusted with the absolutely appalling customer service. Rude, threatening staff, that went out of their way to be unhelpful, when daring to try and extend my booking, in extenuating circumstances. "George" in particular is the most unhelpful, rude and sarcastic excuse for a human, I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Due to a basic mix up of return dates having hired a vehicle for the last two and a half months, he threatened police action and found it amusing that I would have no vehicle to get me to work and laughed in my face, telling me to "get a taxi" having spent £3K on their shoddy services over the last eight weeks. If you hire from Enterprise and should be unlucky enough to deal with George, who will go out of his way to be unhelpful, then please be prepared for disappointment and an awful all round experience. Worst company ever. Wouldn't wish on my worst enemies. Thanks for nothing jobs worth George - maybe consider a career in something other than the service industry.
