  Had a great experience with Enterprise. The whole process was seamless from start to finish. Pick up and drop off was so easy, and all the staff were really friendly and helpful. I also loved the flexibility of being able to drop the car off where my own car was being repaired, so I could simply swap over and drive away. Made everything so convenient and stress free. Highly recommend!

  Had a hire car through insurance while my was being repaired. This was honestly the worst service I've ever seen from a company Waited 2 hours for the hire car to turn up from the agreed time of collection (2pm) didn't end up leaving till 4pm. The car turned up and got given the keys and the guy walked off. Had the car for a total of 3 weeks and during the middle of this they wanted it back to service the car but wouldn't collect the car after some calls they agreed to collect the car after hours and swap at my house but they never showed up. Now I went to drop the car off and the guy working there was interested in washing another car and not checking the car so I could leave ended up waiting 25 mins just to drop the car off. If your insurance company offer you this branch avoid as it's more trouble than it's worth.

  Dont use this company. £35 solely to forward an email for a Dartford crossing late charge valued at £4.20 is scandalous. Truely Daylight robbery. It is almost the cost of the rental for one day. I'll never use your company again.

  Terrible and arrogant staff at this Enterprise. Will never rent from Enterprise again, they always give you a much lower category car than why you book and never give you a refund for the difference. Also, the car they showed us was absolutely filthy. This particular Harlow branch can get the award for worst Enterprise car rental!

  I’ve never been so appalled by a company in my life. Enterprise took an unauthorized £195 from my account after I returned a courtesy car. They didn’t check the vehicle properly, didn’t clean or disinfect it before giving it to me, and now they can’t even tell me which department has my refund. The service has been an absolute nightmare—no accountability, no care for customers. Stay far away from this disgraceful company. I was provided a courtesy car via my insurance after my car was written off. Upon arriving for collection at 5:30 p.m. (bearing in mind they close at 6 p.m.), the car hadn’t even been disinfected or hoovered. The staff told me I could clean it myself, which I refused, as I’m not a cleaner. To make matters worse, just two days into the hire, the car completely died on me—steering locked, headlights flashing, all while I had my three-year-old in the car. After that, I had to arrange another courtesy vehicle, and since returning it, Enterprise has taken over £250 in unauthorized charges from my account. I will be seeking legal advice. If you’re considering Enterprise Harlow, I strongly advise you to stay away.
