Despite this, I was told by staff that it wasn't enough and was pressured to add more fuel or face "stupidly high" refueling charges. I went and added another 7 liters. When I received my final statement, it clearly showed the fuel level was higher than when I started. Effectively, I have been forced to pay for fuel that Enterprise is now keeping. It feels like a total scam to pressure customers into overfilling based on a staff member's visual "guess" rather than the actual sensor. I expect a refund for the excess fuel I was forced to add
