  Petrol station woman! Very rude !! NAME IS MARY!!! Issue happened at 8pm today (27th of April 2026) Woman was blonde with multicoloured hair aswell! So I was waiting at the first pump to do pay at cashier I was literally about to get out the car and do it when they closed the door and put the barrier down! I was thinking what the hell is going on! It's only 8pm!! So I walk over to the window and say what's going on? It's not 9pm?! And I only have my phone on me I need petrol I was literally just about to fill up!? She was shouting from the other side of the glass laughing at me saying take it up with my manager we are closing ! Now I tell you this... when I need petrol I ALWAYS go Waltham abbey petrol station as it's along my way home, I ALWAYS arrive at the same time every time and I ALWAYS never have my bank card on me (because I choose not to take it to work) and every single time I've gone inside for this reason because I can't pay at pump.. so this ONE TIME they are closed and the worker said they always close the inside/cashier part at 8pm!? ! That's the most utter crap EVER! I have videos from my dashcam in my car timestamping when I've gotten to the station previously and I've gone inside everytime , after 8pm .. (I can provide these videos as evidence too) and today I took a video showing it stated 9pm closing not 8pm! And you can see on my watch the Time I was at the petrol station .. This woman worker clearly just wanted to clock off work an hour early without a care in the world! And though why not get a kick out of it by treatinge like crap.. But her attitude towards the situation was disgraceful I literally was on the red bar when I turned up to the station so I really needed petrol BUT that's besides the point, the point is it doesn't close at 8pm!! And they should have been open inside!! ... this is the second time I've had to complain about a member of your staff at Waltham Abbey Tesco! Once inside the store and now the one in the petrol station! You really need to talk to your staff about how they treat customers and also maybe get them to go back to school and learn how to tell the time! Absolutely a JOKE! I will be calling tomorrow to complain further

  Everytime I use pay at the pump, my bank HSBC withholds 1p pending, pump 4 even though I didn't use pump 4, it does this everytime, it doesn't happen at other garages so please can you put it right coz it's very annoying
