  The booking process through my account online is always clear and straight forward. I received a courtesy call prior to my booking to confirm expected process on the day. Once I arrived both on pickup and return of the vehicle I was treated with the right balance of professionalism and a pleasant etiquette that encourages a continued use of the service. I thank the staff for making a potentially stressful few days hire into a happy and pleasurable experience.

  Cancelled booking, literally last minute, with no viable alternative. No ownership of their own booking issues. Appalling customer service.

  Don’t rent from them if you have a debit card, they’ll not lend the vehicle and hold your money for at least 3 weeks (when they say the refund will take up 3/4 working days, don’t believe them isn’t true)

  I reserved a car 3 weeks ago, I only have debit card instead credit card and for this reason they didn’t give me the vehicle , they told me I would get my refund in 3/4 working days but after 3 weeks still nothing , I called the costumer service and someone called Jessica wasn’t not helpful at all, they saying that couldn’t give me more info, when they’re holding 400£ of my money from 3 weeks without be in touch or update my of anything. I asked a compensation and they said they don’t, but they feel allowed to hold your money for all this time for no reason, I start to feel that this company is a scam and never use again this service

  Amazing helpful people so easy to hire a car and everything was explained so well, cars are well looked after and clean absolutely no problems. Would definitely recommend enterprise to anyone hiring a car, especially this branch in waltham Abbey.
