  Excellent Customer Service from the Team at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Waltham Abbey I had an excellent experience hiring a luxury SUV for one day from Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Waltham Abbey, and I would like to thank James, Grace and their colleague for their outstanding customer service. There was a very short wait before I was served, but this was entirely understandable as a previous customer was experiencing an issue with their verification. The team apologised for the slight delay, which was a thoughtful touch and demonstrated their professionalism and consideration for other customers. Having recently hired a car for work purposes and been so impressed with that experience, I decided to return to hire an SUV for a personal trip to Brighton. I’m pleased to say that the experience was just as good, if not better! Everything was explained clearly and in simple terms, and the whole process was swift and efficient without ever feeling rushed. The team were happy to answer my additional questions, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I was particularly grateful for the helpful reminder about potential toll charges on my journey to Brighton, especially if travelling via the Dartford Crossing. It was this attention to detail that really stood out and showed that the team genuinely care about providing a great customer experience. The SUV itself, a Mercedes, was an absolute dream to drive and, in my opinion, represented excellent value for money. From start to finish, the customer service was spot on. James, Grace and their colleague were all friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I apologise for not remembering the third team member’s name, but she deserves just as much recognition for helping make the experience so positive. A huge thank you to the whole team at Waltham Abbey! You made the experience enjoyable, straightforward and completely hassle-free. I would highly recommend this branch and will certainly be using Enterprise again. Excellent service, a great vehicle and a team that genuinely goes the extra mile!

  Booked just fine through the website as I’ve done for many other Enterprise locations, next day I’m told I REQUIRE a Credit Card for the booking, can’t even just pay in full with Debit. Waste of time, told nowhere this is the case.

  Terrible experience! The Van was dirty faulty! Broken down! Took me half a day phone calls, frustration, headaches to finally recover it! Out of sudden two months later my card charged with £1400! No email No phone call!! Terrible company!

  Rude staff , time wasters and do not fall for the extra charges they try and force in you further to this I paid to travel all the way in taxi to pick up a car to meet with rude staff who further wouldn’t let me rent the car I had paid before because I didn’t have a seperate card for deposit , nothing is easy with them and they make all there money from you in extras they are just as bad as baylifs

  Do not use this company, after my son returned the hire vehicle and it was signed off by a member of their staff and deposit returned. A week later they helped themselves to over £2000, saying it was damaged, not providing any evidence of this, and we have cctv of it being returned in good condition. I think they are scammers, we are seeking legal advice.
