I had an excellent experience with Sixt, thanks to Waleed. From the moment I arrived to collect my car, he went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine willingness to help made the entire process seamless.
Waleed took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was completely satisfied before leaving. It’s rare to come across someone who is so dedicated to providing outstanding customer service and who genuinely cares about the customer’s experience.
A real credit to Sixt and an example of how customer service should be done. Thank you, Waleed, for making the experience such a positive one. I would highly recommend both Sixt and Waleed to anyone looking for exceptional service.

Attenzione a questa compagnia di noleggio, macchine sempre pulite e ben tenute ma, appena la riportate vi mandano automaticamente dei pagamenti con la scusa di alcuni graffi, o ammaccature, nonostante abbia una franchigia di 1600€ dopo una settimana mi hanno mandato una ricevuta di 1006€ da pagare per un graffio che non ho creato, parliamo di un danno di un graffio di 8cm sul lato anteriore della macchina… cercano solo di prendervi soldi… state attenti

Démarche sur site marchand SIXT:
- Clairvoyance des choix
- Offre adapté selon ses choix.
Démarche au comptoir SIXT:
- Violation vie privée en vous demandant votre itinéraire au cours de votre séjour.
-Imposer un autre véhicule (+ chère bien sûr !!!) en disant que c’est plus rentable?!
- Ne pas vous montrer la facture totale que vous recevez quelques minutes après avoir pris le véhicule sur votre boîte mail.
Bref ils m’ont bien eu, j’ai accepté, je me suis fait avoir, j’assume, mais je déconseille fortement : A FUIR !!!! Jamais la concurrence ne m’a fait ça !

Normaalgesproken bij Alamo prima service, maar vandaag wel erg lang moeten wachten op de auto. Er waren te weinig auto's beschikbaar waardoor iedereen die een auto kwam halen moest wachten, tot wel 2 uur wachten. De auto's zelf zijn goed en schoon, alleen had een compensatie op de een of andere manier wel gemogen gezien de bizarre wachttijden. Bij mijn volgende trip zal ik eerst kijken naar Europcar of Sixt
