  I can’t say enough about the wonderfully friendly, knowledgable and helpful customer care I received from Adam at Sixt London Stansted Airport. He went way and above, he remembered my name when I returned and it felt really personal and kind. I then had to return later the same day as I had left an iPad in the rental car I had returned and he found it for me. Nothing is too much and he just screams professional and super kind. Just want to say a big thank you Adam.

  It's a great car rental company, but what makes you great are the people who work with you; they make all the difference. You have good and bad employees, and in all the time I've rented from you, I've only ever used the best, always willing to make the customer happy. This person here made all the difference, you can be sure of that, Adam Abubakar.

  I tried to use sixt, online verification for driving licence used and accepted to then get to the desk and rejected. 2 young woman and a child stranded in London with not even a bit of help from staff not even to look up what buses to get us where we needed to go. Just a shrug of the shoulders. Ended up out of pocket for a hotel because couldn't travel as my friend has a disability affecting her legs and just really wasnt safe that late at night with a child. Went back the next day and got a car from enterprise/alamo for cheaper and much better service. Will be advising everyone i know to stay away from sixt.

  Got to sixt Stansted Monday afternoon from a long flight from Australia 🇦🇺 I was greeted by lovely Tanya . The service she provided and her lovely attitude was amazing!🤩. She helped me with my booking and even helped me with my suitcases !🧳. Absolutely beautiful girl, when you find good staff like that sixt ! Treat them well ❤️. And the far is fantastic!!

  Ailemle 2025 yılında Londra’da Sixt’ten araç kiraladık. Şehir merkezine giriş konusunda herhangi bir bilgilendirme yapılmadı ve sonrasında bu giriş nedeniyle ceza tarafımıza geldi. Normalde bu olaydan sonra yorum yapmayı düşünmüyordum. Ancak 2026 yılında bu kez Polonya’da yine Sixt’ten araç kiraladım ve bu sefer de araçta olmayan hasarları tarafıma yansıtılmaya çalışılması nedeniyle ciddi bir sorun yaşadım/yaşıyorum. İki farklı ülkede, iki farklı kiralamada da sorun yaşadım. Bir araç kiralama şirketinden beklediğim en temel şey; kiralama koşulları, olası ücretler ve araç teslimindeki durum konusunda açık ve doğru bilgilendirme yapılmasıdır. Benim Sixt ile yaşadığım iki deneyim de maalesef bu açıdan oldukça olumsuz oldu. Bu nedenle Sixt’i tercih edecek kişilerin özellikle kiralama şartlarını ve araç teslimindeki mevcut durumu çok dikkatli şekilde kontrol etmelerini tavsiye ederim. Mümkünse kiralama yapılmamasını gerektiğini de söylemek zorundayım. Edit: Yanıtınıza istinaden bu kısmı ekliyorum. Destek kısmı ile daha önce de görüştüm kimsenin umurunda olmadı. Zaten daha da görüşeceğim bir sey yok size ben 1 yıldız veriyorum çünkü en düşük puan bu. Sizinle de iletişime geçmek zorunda değilim. Geçtiğim zaman kimsenin umurunda değildi. Her yerde her zaman söyleyeceğim. Mümkünse yürüyün ama Sixt ile antlaşma yapmayın özellikle de Londra ve Krakow'dakiler ile...
