  Would not rent from here again. Headlight sensor fault error appeared while driving the vehicle. Reported it upon return and now I have a “Damage Claim” against me for the repair. There is nothing anyone could have done to prevent or cause this. Now I am being held accountable for an electronic component failure. Awful experience.

  ⭐ Company to avoid! Very disappointing experience. This company is absolutely not professional. When we took the vehicle, we were not given any inspection report, and the staff member did not even come outside to check the condition of the car with us. When we returned the vehicle, we were suddenly told that one of the tyres had been damaged, and we were charged an additional £250. As if that wasn't enough, they also charged us for an extra day of rental because we were only two hours late returning the vehicle. This whole experience was completely lacking in professionalism and transparency. We are extremely disappointed. I strongly advise against using this company. Do not trust them and be extremely careful when collecting and returning your vehicle.

  Nothing but good things to say, from pick up to drop off, such an easy process. The staff at pick up were very helpful and informative, but I have to give a massive shoutout to Luis and Roman at Stansted who helped us get 4 big suitcases, 2 small suitcases, 3 backpacks, a pram, a car seat and a small child from the car rental village, all the way to the Ryanair bag drop. Truly couldn’t have done it without them, made what could have been a very stressful time, incredibly easy and straightforward! Thank you so much!

  Absolutely horrible experience with Enterprise. They took a £500 deposit but didn’t properly show or inspect the car with me. When I returned it, they claimed I had damaged a tyre and took £250, without showing me any proof that the damage happened during my rental. They then took another £200 because I was about an hour late, and couldn’t clearly explain where the remaining £50 went, mentioning some “extra cover”. It felt like they were looking for every reason to keep my deposit. Very poor service and absolutely no transparency. I would never use Enterprise again.

  Extremely disappointing experience with Enterprise Stansted. We were charged £250 for alleged tyre damage, but no inspection or evidence was provided to show that the damage was caused during our rental. We were also charged additional fees after returning the car, including an unexpected charge for returning it about an hour late. From the £500 deposit, the amounts refunded and deducted do not add up, and we are still missing £31 without a clear explanation. We have asked Enterprise for documentation and a full breakdown of the charges. Very poor communication and customer service. I would not use Enterprise again.
