  The wait time was reasonable. The young woman at pickup was very polite and professional in checking the car's condition. The car was new, spotless, and equipped with Google Maps navigation. The young man at drop-off was also polite. There were no issues, no unexpected charges, and no pressure to buy additional insurance—I had already arranged that separately myself. Recommended. Tempo di attesa tollerabile. Molto gentile la ragazza al ritiro della macchina e professionale nel verificare lo stato della macchina. L'auto era nuova, pulitissima e dotata di navigatore google. Gentle anche il ragazzo alla riconsegna. Nessun problema, nessun addebito stano, nessuna pressione per fare assicurazione aggiuntiva che avevo fatto da solo a parte. Consiglato.

  Ho dovuto indicare una stella, ma se avessi avuto la possibilità avrei indicato 0 stelle!!! Ho noleggiato una Mercedes GLE presso aeroporto di London GATWICK il 7 agosto , oltre al costo del nolo già pattuito online mi viene bloccata una somma sulla carta di credito di 600 sterline come franchigia per eventuali danni . Al ritorno presso l’aeroporto di London STANSTED il 15 agosto riporto l’auto integra certo di non aver causato alcun danno, il solerte impiegato addetto al controllo senza alcun dubbio, come se fosse guidato da uno spirito divino, si dirige direttamente su una ruota indicando una piccolissima lesione che ancora ora mi domando come abbia potuto vederla ….. asserendo che quel danno fosse stato causato da me ed addebitandomi ben 500 sterline!!! Gli interrogativi sono diversi, come mai l’operatore si è diretto immediatamente verso quel pneumatico non interessandosi di null’altro? come mai al rilascio dell’auto l’addetto non ha controllato gli stessi pneumatici.. ma solo la carrozzeria? State lontani da questa agenzia di nolo!!!

  Shocking branch of enterprise. Pre pay. Pre checked in. Arrived to pick up the car on time. I eventually managed to see the one attendant who was helpful. Then told i would need to wait at least another 20mins for the car to be ready. Then the car was a basic mini. I booked a compact elite which they informed was the same class. Total lies, it was half the price i paid. Then the said because i booked via a third party they couldn't do anything however i booked with enterprise directly. Promised a refund and i booked next door at europcar who informed me alot of their customers were doing the same . I use enterprise most weeks, this branch is atrocious. Avoid

  I’ve been using Enterprise all around the world without issues, always trusted them. Until the experience with Stansted airport branch. I had booked online without excess coverage, as I have my own on my credit card. The day I retrieved the car, the employee added excess coverage on my bill, without telling me. My bad that I signed without checking the amount, I was not expecting such a level of deceive from a big company like Enterprise. Result: I ended up paying £110 more than originally envisaged. Reply from the customer services: you signed the contract, your fault. So they lost a long-time client for just £110, quite miserable.

  Following my stressful experience with another alternative rental provider, I rented a car from Enterprise, and the process was much smoother. I paid the deposit easily with my debit card, and I picked up my car quickly and effortlessly. I had originally booked a Qashqai; even though there were plenty of Qashqais in the parking lot, they gave me a different car called a Renault Symbioz, which I found a bit odd. I can't say I loved it, but at least it was brand new and had very low mileage. Also, I extended the rental period for a few more weeks by phone easily, they charged my card directly, and I had no trouble at all. The only thing that confused me was the fuel issue; when I returned the car with a full tank of petrol, they said something like, 'Why did you fill it up, we would have taken care of it.' I hadn't selected such an option, or perhaps it slipped my mind among the rental terms. Also, they made an unexplained small deduction of around £20 from the deposit, but I didn't bother following up on it since I didn't want to deal with the hassle. Overall, I was satisfied with the process and the customer service. Despite a few minor hiccups, it was a 4-star experience
