  Alquile un coche con ellos, mi viaje era a Londres, le pregunte a la chica que me atendio si con ese coche tendria problemas para entrar en londres o tenia que pagar algo, muy amable me explico las condiciones para circular por londres, las respete y no hubo problemas, me monto en el coche, pongo el GPS y pongo el destino donde tenia la casa que habiamos alquilado, puse en el GPS evitar peajes, aun asi el GPS nos metio por un tunel que al entrar te avisa que hay que pagar, al yo ser español no sabia muy bien como funcionaba ese sistema, cuando solte el coche lo comente, que habia pasado por un tunel que ponia que tenia que pagar, el chico que me recogio el coche me dijo que no me preocupase, que entrase en una web y pagase, entro en la web, pago 3.50£ por las 3 veces que pase por ese tunel y me vuelvo a España, cual es mi sorpresa, que el chico me asesoro mal, y me han llegado 3 multas de 125£ cada una... vaya asesoramiento, no fiarse de los trabajadores de alli o os saldra muy caro el viaje como a mi

  Unfair additional charges at Stansted branch. Avoid! I was incorrectly charged £130.37 for "Pre-Purchased Fuel", despite returning the car with a 100% full tank under the Full-to-Full policy. I topped up the fuel right next to Stansted Airport and took a photo of the full fuel gauge at the rental lot (with exact time and GPS metadata on my phone). Customer support completely ignores emails and does not reply. I had to report this to my bank for a chargeback and to the BVRLA. Check your credit card statements carefully after renting from this location!

  לא להתקרב!!!! חיכינו למעלה משעה כדי לקבל את הרכב. תור מפותל של אנשים זועמים, ונראה כאילו הם לא נערכו לכמות האנשים. פשוט סיוט. כשנתנו לנו את הרכב, מפאת עומס, לא עשו לנו סקירה רחבה על מצב הגלגלים או הרכב. כשהחזרנו את הרכב, חייבו אותנו על שריטה בצמיג האחרורי וגם כשהסבו את תשומת ליבנו, לא הבחנו בה. הם אמרו שעליהם להחליף את הגלגל. היינו מזועזעים והמומים. הרגשנו מרומים, וחייבו אותנו על החלפת צמיג (כשהצמיג המקורי לא היה חדש! ולנו זה הרגיש כאילו מנצלים את ההזדמנות להחליף אותו על חשבוננו). בחיים לא יצא לי להתקל בבדיקה כזו מגמתית, ויצא לי לשכור לא מעט רכבים בעבר. אני יודעת שבחיים לא אחזור אליהם.

  The worst experience by far. We have rented a car few times from this firm in other countries and everything was perfect. This time the manager and the staff were very rude and even insulting. Although, we had made an online reservation for a small car and we had all the necessary documents according to the terms of the contract, when we arrived the manager refused to give us the car because we didn’t have a CREDIT card only a debit card. When I asked him to explain where was that term in the contract, he refused to answer and he continued telling us “CREDIT,CREDIT,CREDIT”. Due to this outrageous behavior, I asked to talk to the Supervisor and after 10 minutes he brought me a phone to communicate with the central. While we were waiting, we noticed that he rented cars to others without asking for a payment with only a CREDIT card. In the end, their behavior made us lose our patience and we went to the centre of London in order to rent a car from another branch of Alamo and we rented it and paid with our debit card.

  A friend and I booked a car from this branch through DiscoverCars. The rental company charged us more than we were supposed to pay; when we pointed this out at the end when returning the car in Manchester, we were told that they wouldn’t close the transaction just yet and that someone from the branch would contact us. Today, the deposit was refunded, but the money they were supposed to return to us—which they UNJUSTIFIABLY charged us for nonsensical fees and the like, about which no one even informed us—is nowhere to be found. No one even bothered to get in touch. We’ll take this much higher up if they don’t refund the rental money. Don’t rent a car from this branch—they’re thieves.
