  The Worst Car Rental Experience Ever - Definitely Do Not Recommend! I rented a vehicle from the Enterprise Harlow branch for moving houses, but I experienced an absolute nightmare and unfair treatment. They rescheduled my 08:00 AM appointment to 10:00 AM on their own terms. I accepted this and went to the branch right on time, but they only managed to hand over the vehicle at 10:45 AM. Furthermore, if I hadn't pushed and asked about the status myself, they would have kept me waiting even longer. When I inquired, the staff member made a highly unprofessional and careless excuse, saying, *"Oh, I was waiting for the vehicle to arrive too. I started my shift at 10:00 AM, so I had no idea about the situation. The state of the vehicle when I finally received it was completely disgusting. The vehicle was so filthy that it was impossible to see the road behind through the mirrors. There was even dried nasal mucus on the front windscreen. Because I was moving houses, had everything planned out, and was short on time, I had no choice but to accept the vehicle. As soon as I got home, I had to clean the inside and outside of the vehicle myself, paying money just to be humiliated. To make matters worse, the middle door of the vehicle they provided was completely faulty. At 02:00 AM, in the middle of the street, I tried desperately to lock the door so my moving belongings wouldn't get stolen. Since the door wouldn't close properly, I had to call a friend in the middle of the night to come and help me. We spent exactly 45 minutes on the street trying to get that faulty door locked. On top of all these disasters, they also overcharged me. I picked up the vehicle late on the first day (10:45 AM) and returned it at 01:30 PM the following day, which means I used it for 27 hours in total. Despite using it for just 1 day and a few hours, they charged me for a full 2-day rental. They wasted my time, completely ignored hygiene rules, endangered the security of my belongings by providing a faulty vehicle, and charged me for a day I didn't even use. This branch is completely unprofessional and engages in unfair charging. Absolutely stay away from them, I do not recommend it at all.

  Dan (assistant manager) is an asset to Enterprise. Great personal service; and I watched him triage his other cohorts' queries and really stepped up during a high volume period. Sometimes, you just want your car rental to be an in-and-out experience. This was that plus I felt they cared about my entire customer journey. Shout out to Megan who was also very helpful.

  Hired a car from here through my insurance. Smooth and easy process! No hassle, no thrills, just what is needed without any hassle! The staff on the check in desk were friendly and helpful and I would definitely use them again if I needed a car!

  Customer service is no 1 here, I have alot of car rental places across the UK.... by far this branch staff friendly, professional, polite not too pushy ... I always recommend to others to go here even if there's another nearer to you as these guys will never let you down... 10 🌟 stars
