I wanted a long wheelbase van but was only provided a medium wheelbase van. This was not fit for purpose, and I lost a job because of it. No long wheelbase van availability for the whole week, despite calling back every day to check availability. Would definitely not recommend and will certainly never use them again.

Today I had to send my car in to get a new tyre and allow due to damage from a pothole last night which burst my tyre and split my alloy. BMW tried to arrange for me to get a courtesy car arranged as I had already missed a day at work today due to this and I will also miss work tomorrow. My first issue is despite me driving and being insured on a 75 plate bmw IX2 due to me being 19 they are not allowed to give me a similar car which is mental to as I don't understand how I can own and drive that car day to day however they can't give me a similar car to drive for a day. However I accepted getting a normal car. Despite starting to make arrangements at 3:30pm for a car they failed to organise me any car before they were due to close. This has left me stuck for getting to work again now I am missing out on making my livelyhood due to their inability to arrange a car. Very disappointed.

I had a flawless experience! I booked the car online, then made the mistake of coming one day early to collect it (Not Enterprises fault at all! I didn't look at the dates correctly) and they adapted things for me to collect the car immediately. Rather than making me come back the next day. I really appreciated that. I just had really great staff, I delt with the whole time and on returning the car it was smooth and great service. I even got a sweet comment from a staff lady saying my aftershave smelled nice haha!
