Had an appointment booked for 2:00 PM. Arrived 10 minutes early to be punctual. I sat in the waiting room for nearly an hour and a half, only to look out and see my car hadn't even been moved onto the ramps. Total lack of respect for customers' time. Had to cancel the job, request a refund, and take my business elsewhere. Avoid if you actually want your car worked on.

My mum recently had a disappointing experience here. She was 10 minutes late for an MOT due to helping her elderly parents and dealing with carers, so she completely understood if the appointment couldn’t go ahead. However, the way it was handled was rude and unnecessary. A simple explanation, offer to re-book, and politeness would have been appreciated.
Unfortunately this one staff member in particular is consistently unhelpful and comes across as if he simply doesn’t want to be there. On a previous visit, he refused an MOT retest over missing paperwork, only for a colleague to step in and confirm it could easily be reprinted. That says everything — it’s not policy, it’s attitude.
It’s a shame because the rest of the team have always been friendly, honest, and helpful over the years. Unfortunately, this experience has put us off returning. Our wider family has used this garage for years, but this kind of service risks losing loyal customers.

Took my car for two new tyres and wheel alignment, on the way home my TPM warning lights came on so I stopped but the tyres were pumped up and found the hub cap missing.
Got home and checked the tyres pressure only to find the driver side at 38 psi and the passenger side 35.5 psi so I had to let them down to the correct pressure written on the door 32 psi and set the TPM , the driver side hub cap was also not completely on.
Clearly the mechanic didn't care enough to do the job safely did they actually do a wheel alignment?
Im very disappointed about the hub cap missing and obviously the over pressure of the tyres not even even .
I will be telling my friends and family about the experience and I hope this review gives people a good idea about what to expect.
Update they have replaced the missing hub caps so I will up the stars to 5.
It's a shame I had to give such a review to get things sorted but once i made contact online everything was sorted.
I am using them again for another car I own so let's see how things go.
