  Fantastic service from Colchester branch. I had a car delivered within two hours of requesting one from my aa policy. Had a 26 plate car, that was lovely. No complaints. I would highly recommend them, very professional

  Avoid at all costs. Because it WILL cost you. I was given an enterprise courtesy vehicle. I had the vehicle for approximately 2 weeks, and returned it to the third party garage where my own Vehicle's repair was completed, enterprise then collected their vehicle as per their agreement. Enterprise then contacted me a week later to report that there was a small "scratch" on the driver's side windscreen and I needed to pay £625.... No damage was caused by myself, I argued this through their damage recovery team who simply ignored my complaints and passed the charge onto a debt recovery company. The evidence they sent was also not sufficient, instead they sent a photo of a chip within their damage evaluation strip with the "scratch" sitting on the edge of the strip. There was no image marking the "scratch" itself so it was never accurately measured to see if it fits within their own damage policy. See photo, the "scratch" is above the thumb... this was never measured and no photo was taken. This is an important step because anything outside of the dotted circle is chargeable, thus they never provided evidence of chargeable damage. I escalated this through multiple levels of Enterprise management, all of whom disregarded the insufficient evidence, and ignored my complaints. I am now going to be £625 worse off for something that was not caused by myself. I am happy to pay for damage that I had caused, but i did not cause this and now im being unfairly charged for it. I will never use these cowboys again and would never recommend them to anybody. Disgraceful customer service, they dont follow their own policies and steal money from customers. Use another company. EDIT: since the reply from Enterprise, I followed the advice to contact customer service and they did absolutely nothing to help resolve the issue.... as I said, avoid at all costs.

  During a stressful situation, Harry at Enterprise went above and beyond to help me get home by staying past his shift to enable me to collect a car and communicated exceptionally throughout the entire process. After such a positive experience we will absolutely be returning customers.
