Can only speak to one interaction with these folks and to be fair it was a while ago. They gave an inflated quote to my wife to change a headlight bulb and became quite defensive when challenged on it by me. Went to Woodford’s who sorted it at 20% what Springfield quoted. They are a big garage and seem to do a lot of business so could have caught them on an off day. Always double check your prices when getting a quote of any garage.
