The staff member at the counter ignored me when I said hello, then was rude and dismissive when I asked for what I needed. He snatched items, raised his voice, and acted like I was an inconvenience. When I asked a simple question about filters, he said he didn’t know, then randomly added “I don’t smoke, I don’t want cancer,” which I found really insensitive and inappropriate, especially for anyone with family affected by cancer. When I asked for his name, he just laughed and said “Nathan.” Overall, very unprofessional and uncomfortable interaction. Definitely not the level of service you expect.

You’ll then find all your cards don’t work. Tried 3 different pumps, 4 different cards. Managed on the last attempt! Other family have had the same. Awful, just refuse peoples money.
