  It was my very first time using Enterprise and I hired a small van. From beginning to end, the service was great, the staff were friendly and very efficient and helpful. The van was clean and comfortable and the price was competitive. I would definitely use their services again.

  Great experience with Enterprise Braintree after someone hit my car. Every member of staff I dealt with was friendly, efficient & professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

  Staff were so lovely here and helpful- I felt went above and beyond as I was going to really struggle collecting the hire car and waiting for my car to be picked up for repaired after an accident. They let me pick up the hire car a day early even though my insurance company were being awkward about this. They also allowed my car to be returned here after repairs so I could drop the hire car off and get into my own car. This made such a difference to me. The actual hire car was clean, basic, easy to use and fun- no issues. I could have paid for a bigger car as that option was provided to me but I went with what my insurance company would authorise after an accident. Would recommend and definitely use again if needed. They were fabulous.
