  Excellent and extremely professional service and, I cannot recommend highly enough. If you need tyres and professional fitting at home this is an excellent company to use.

  We would like to thank David for recovering us yesterday and our motorhome from Taunton Deane to Glastonbury. He arrived just after our booked slot and was a very professional and friendly man. Recovering a motorhome of our size is never easy and I am not going to lie I was a nervous wreck as it went on and off that truck. He kept everything calm and knew what he was doing and his own drive of that truck with our MH on the back was excellent in trying circumstances. Thank you very much to you all and very much to David in particular.

  Broke down on narrow lane coming out of Oake towards Nynehead yesterday. Green Flag sent TLC to recover me. I was worried as it’s such a narrow lane and my van was partially blocking it - didn’t see how a breakdown truck could load me. A mechanic arrived half an hour after my call to Green Flag (15 mins before the ETA) and actually tried to fix it (unusual in my experience!!) before deciding to call out the breakdown truck. Kieren was very friendly and helpful - even providing a much-needed bottle of water in the boiling sun! He waited with me until the breakdown truck came, for which (as a woman in my 70s) I was very grateful. The truck easily manoeuvred round my van and the driver loaded it speedily and efficiently. We left for the garage without any problem (except to the poor Amazon delivery driver who had to wait whilst all this was going on! Apologies if you’re reading this 😞). The journey to the garage went without incident, despite needing to drive over the Quantock Hills on narrow lanes. The driver (I'm sorry - didn’t get your name) even drove extra-slowly when he realised how nervous I was - thank you. TLC Recovery, with their calm, helpful attitude, turned a stressful incident into an almost-pleasant experience!
