  Once again I received great service from Reesha and Arjam. This is my second time coming to this branch. I’ve been to other Enterprise branches in London but the Chingford branch by far has the best customer service! They have a good selection of cars and the staff are always friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to meet your needs. Very well ran and managed by Arjam. Thank you again to the team, will def come back here in the future!

  I was very disappointed with my recent experience at Enterprise Chingford. I received a call just 40 minutes before I was due to pick up a van, informing me that no vans would be available until midday. This caused me to miss an important collection and completely disrupted my day. Had the branch contacted me even 24 hours earlier, I could have made alternative arrangements. I asked whether an alternative vehicle could be provided and was told that no vehicles were available. However, when I eventually arrived later to collect the van, there were multiple vans and other vehicles on site, which made the situation even more frustrating. I’m sure the standard response will be “sorry” and “please contact customer services,” but unfortunately that does not make up for the inconvenience caused. A company the size of Enterprise should manage availability better and communicate with customers in a timely manner. I’ve been an Enterprise customer for a long time and have never experienced this level of poor service before. Very disappointing.

  I have booked at this branch 3 times , the system allows me to book the van and takes payment however when i arrive at the branch i get told that there is no available vans . I have made mainly complaints via email and phone calls to get a van or get a refund and the problem does not get dealt with . This has caused me many inconveniences , i do not recommend renting through this business.

  Wasting time and blocking money on a van they dont even have, hertz knows when available and how many vehicles they have. Useless. And only notifed 1hr before pick up telling me no solution. Will never bother again...

  Absolutely amazing staff, completely understood my situation and they helped me and my 2 children get home to Norwich The young man on reception was so lovely and helpful and I was so very grateful for all his support.
